We had a very good experience with Arnprior emergency department and very thankful to have it close to our home. My 3 year old had shortness of breath yesterday. We arrived late in the evening and within minutes called by a triage, the nurse there was very helpful and comforting as we were scared and worried. Than my son was checked by doctor Joseph Caytak, who was very professional and gave my son steroid to open the lungs, he monitored us the whole night, waiting do do an X-ray. I don’t have enough good worlds to described the professionalism and the kindness of all the doctors and nurses there, they all were so good, knew what they are doing and were very comforting. In the morning we had another amazing doctor, Mark Borzecki, who send us to do an X-ray and blood work. The X-ray guy and the nurses in the morning shift were so good to us, they gave my son snacks and were so gentle with him. My son was diagnosed with pneumonia in both lungs, he received medicine with a mask multiple time to elevate saturation, ended up receiving antibiotics and puffer. Overall it was the best emergency experience we ever had, BIG THANK to all the professional and passion medical professionals in the emergency department for all they are doing and lives they are saving. Again from doctors Joseph and Mark to all nurses, everyone was amazing, I’m glad that we have you here. Thank you.

I went into the emergency room yesterday for a non life threatening but urgent issue. They triage nurse was outstanding, considerate and quick. I was quickly taken in and treated by a doctor shortly after, The doctor was also outstanding.
