The staff at Art of Skin are professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I was originally referred for a skin assessment; after which I was then able to begin treatment for many other issues that were bothering me. I appreciate Dr. Lubitz honesty and his medical skills. I am 100 percent satisfied with my treatment outcomes and in the process of scheduling additional appointments. I also appreciate that waiting room times are very minimal as the Dr. and staff keep schedule appointments on track. The skin care line sold at Art of Skin is excellent and is very calming. I am thankful to have found Art of Skin.

I have been seeing Dr Lubitz and his team for a couple years now - ongoing acne issues. The team is nothing short of incredible & professional!! The young ladies at the front desk are kind, understanding, and nonjudgmental.
Dr Lubitz is wonderful!!! He is busy! But he is knowledgeable & has helped me through some tough patches with my skin.
His injections (cortisone) are painless, he is gentle & he cares!!

I had the pleasure of seeing Olivia (LPN) and Dr Lubitz’s skin care specialist (I forget her name) but WOW - they’re awesome!!

I have been in the care of Dr.Lubitz and his staff for the past 4 years for the treatment of several skin cancers on my face one of which required an extensive surgical procedure. Dr. Lubitz was so knowledgeable and thorough outlining my treatment options. Dr. Lubitz is a very skilled surgeon to have dealt with my situation. I find his staff to be kind, caring and very competent. A special shoutout to Angeli and the 2 staff from New Zealand or Australia who administered the local anesthesia and assisted Dr. Lubitz with the procedure. I also had recent vein treatment there and found the procedure and post treatment instructions easy to handle.

A few years ago i was getting treatment from Dr Paul Lubitz (Art of Skin Dermatology) for my varicose viens. It started out with the mapping which went great and proceeded with Sclerotherapy on my left leg which wasn't bad at the time. The treatment did not work and made them worse. My right leg which was much worse needed laser vein therapy which was suggested, (Stripping was not even mentioned). I was told that this procedure was expensive around $3000 I was required to pay a deposit which I did. When I drove from Invermere to Banff to pay the deposit I was told by the receptionist at the time that my treatment wasn't as expensive as I thought it was. And In fact it was much cheaper only $1500, I thought great this is wonderful news. As a 26 years old immigrant in the process of getting Permanent residency and about to go back to the UK for a friend's wedding I really need the extra money. The day of the schedule surgery I drove from Invermere to Banff only to find out when I arrived at the clinic it was $3000 not $1500. Of course I did not have the extra money to pay right there and then. I did not feel like I wanted to write a review back then.

But after a few years my viens have got even worse so I went to a doctors in Trail, BC and she told me I could get them stripped in Vernon, BC for free but she would need the mapping results to proceed. A few months ago I called and left 3 voicemails and emailed Art of Skin dermatology I have heard nothing back from them. So I told my Dr in Trail and she asked me to sign a release cause she could request them and that would work. Recently after a month I checked in and it turns out they haven't heard anything from them and they have tried twice.

I don't know if they still have the results and if they don't it's all good. I just want to get this process on the move cause as a 30 year old otherwise fit and healthy individual I would like to get this sorted as my job requires me to be on my feet 10+ hours a day.

I feel like writing this is the my last chance at trying to get through to Art of Skin Dermatology.

Dr. Lubitz saved my husband's life, and because of this John has been melanoma-free for the past 12 years.
