Called will on the Sunday of a long weekend. He took the call despite being out of town and tried to help me solve the issue over the phone. Well, finally after 16 years of servicemen coming to fix our water system, (company name not included), my favorite plumber recommended Will Hamilton of Ask Will Water Technology to me. He came and took a look at our water system problems and not only did he fix the problem we were having, he took the time to explain things to me, in a way no one ever had before either because it wasn’t company policy or maybe it was too technical for me to understand. But Will has a way of explaining things that simply make sense to me which is important to know, even if you don’t intend on working on things yourself because there is such an investment involved in a total water system that it stands to reason to know a little about it.
There was no hard sell about his system, he just stuck to the point of our problem, answered all my questions, and now it’s operating better than it has in a long time. In addition Will’s prices are very fair.
Will is a genuine good soul who takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. Can you tell that I’m happy?

Great service!
Honest...
Bought a house in Lansdowne had poor water pressure and suffer smell
Other place wanted almost 7000.00
Will came in did his tests and put in new pressure tank, switch and cleaned the jets in my softener and put a water filter on ..
No sulfer smell.. Great pressure !
All fixed for under 800.00!!
