Terrible place. The staff is difficult to understand and seems very unhappy to be there. There was only one exceptional person, but I guess she quit… We decided to go elsewhere because Dr. H was so rude, even to children. The consultations last a maximum of five minutes, and he makes hurtful comments, especially to teenagers—things that can seriously affect their self-esteem. For example, he laughed at one of my kids and said, "You eat too much!"—even though she is perfectly healthy and has no issues with her weight.

It’s the same for adults. When I mentioned feeling unusually exhausted—something uncommon for me—he laughed at me and simply said, "Sleep more!" What kind of doctor is that?

On the morning we transferred our files, we had to pay a fee. Their office called me to process the payment over the phone, so I gave them my credit card number. I wasn’t comfortable doing it, but we had moved far from the clinic and just wanted to be done with them. That same day, someone used my card to subscribe to Netflix, forcing me to cancel it!

I’m extremely upset with that doctor and his incompetent staff!

I called and made an appointment to be seen at 11:00. I checked in and waited for 45 mins before being seen by the dr. I was told he was “a little behind” which is fine. But a little is not 45 mins, especially when he only saw me for 3 mins. I gave him a list of all my symptoms and he asked if I was eating and drinking properly to which I replied yes and he told me to continue with that and did not even discuss anything else. I then asked for a bloodwork form and he questioned why and then reluctantly printed out the form and gave it to me and said I was good to go. When I checked the form he filled it out incorrectly and did not indicate on the form what I was getting tested for. Overall very terrible experience and I will not be coming back.

My kids were referred here to see Dr. Ahdam. He's an absolutely FANTASTIC doctor. Very great at communicating clearly. He took the time to listen to my kids and genuinely hear them out. Very, very good doctor.

I wish I could give Tamer Adham (pediatrician) less than zero as he is totally unprofessional. . I went to Aspen clinic with my daughter and she was very sick and he have dealt with us in very badly way . He didn’t want to hear our concerns but his priority just to fill his work papers and fill information on his computer. He didn’t help us at all. If he doesn’t will to help our babies and kids why the receptionist didn’t call us and cancel the appointment instead of wasting our time. Totally unacceptable for any mom or dad. I highly don’t recommend this doctor for your kids or your babies 😡.

Medical practitioners at this clinic are truly great and provide good care for patients. I have always had a great experience with Dr. Houbi when bringing my parents in for check up. I also had the same experience with the nurse Andrea who saw one of my parent during walk-in. She was also truly caring and provided necessary service for my parent.

As for the receptionist service, it can be a good experience or a bad one.

The only main negative part of this clinic is the service wait time. Sometimes its really efficient and on time and sometimes you have wait time of almost an hour or more even if you arrive at your scheduled time.

Overall, medical practitioners makes this a good clinic for your medical needs.

They are usually helpful. There were a bunch of nurses that were very disrespectful. However, I no longer see them as of my last visit. This might be a good sign.
This clinic is very busy, but they do typically have available appointment the day of, when you really need them.
Dr. Houbi is great. He’s very attentive. He’s not a social guy, so don’t expect him to socialize with you. He’s straight down to business.
Wait time is typically long like most clinic, so it’s essentially the same thing everywhere I guess.
