This company was the international liaison for my roadside assistance issue. They spent more than 6 hours, time my children and I spent sitting on the side of the road, trying to find someone to help us. I got a call after hour 7 saying that they couldn’t help us that day. Had it not have been for someone kind pulling over and agreeing to send help from the next town, we would still be there waiting.

If it was possible to give a negative star review, the service from this company would be a negative 5 stars. It seems the goal is to do their best to not pay, or help the customer in any way. Immediately it became a game of "I don't make those decisions, I'm sorry. Try calling another department or company to get this figured". No common sense, no way I will I do business with Assistance Services Group again.

Extremely disappointed by Samantha's attitude on the phone. If you ever find yourself stranded no the road needing a boost or a tow and she answers, make sure to hang up and call again so you can deal with someone else, or someone with a sliver of understanding.

Called to update the address on file so as to redirect the the driver. She asked us to hang up and call again, when we then explained that we had the address readily available and that calling again wasn't necessary. W had low cell battery and couldn't waste time. She got frustrated, put us on a long hold, then said she couldn't help us (no explanation provided, and ended the call with a snarky "have a pleasant day".

This kind of person should not be on the other side of the line in emergency needs. Pathetic.

Do “NOT” deal with this company. They are fraud artist and a scam $1500 tow for 20 minutes down the road.
I know multiple towing companies.
My day job the owners own over 300 pieces of heavy equipment/heavy trucks and trailer !!!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

If there's 0 star, this company deserves it. No matter how bad you need road assitance. Never ever ask them to help you with your needs.

This is the worst tow company ever. I don't even know how to explain.. All they care is about how they will make money.

I recently had an incident with my Mazda CX5 and ASG was the group that was supposed to assess my situation and provide me with the 'benefits' that I was entitled to with regards to towing and trip interruption benefits. The experience has been horrendous. Slow to respond via email and their reps don't' even take the time to read my questions and answer them thoroughly.

Very unprofessional and bad place to work. Benefits are expensive take home is less than $1000 bi weekly. They fired an employee OVER THE PHONE who was trying to go on short term disability all the while denying her request for benefit info and an HR contact number. EVEN THOUGH she had notes from the doctor..the calls were all recorded and they hung up on her when they fired her with no explanation...MYRA the manager plays favorites and will yell at and berate you. They dont care about Toyota or anything else it's a joke when someone has a major complaint to the tier 2 phone jockey. If you own a toyota or Honda I hope you dont need to use the warranty because they dont care. Buy a GM or a Ford they have better customer service than what these clowns can provide.
