This place is an absolute joke. The receptionist the rudest human on the planet to everyone. You don't even see the doctor, not even sure this is legal what is going on here. My son had severely abnormal test results and his secretary was the one who came in and said everything looked normal. He didn't even come in to go over the results. He doesn't perform the driver's medicals, his secretary does. The secretary NOT a nurse triages you, then goes and talks to him and he will write you a prescription or a req... again.. This can't be legal... I wish I could give this place a 0 but I have to give it a 1.

It’s time for me to get another Doctor because Dr.Mannion never came to check on me and does not even bat an eyelash…I get my prescriptions and it’s bad service from his staff. Also, often I have issues receiving prescriptions at the pharmacy. They don’t react or fax them over properly 100% of the time;

They tell me to get a family doctor, and that the only available one within 100km is here. There's no family doctor here, only a glorified pill doctor. They'll get you tests and pills fast. But if you're looking to actually sit and talk, learn, and understand and work on your health... You won't find that here. I now realize the Canadian healthcare system is truly a disappointment for anything other then a medical emergency. There's no CARE in our healthcare. Your just another problem to solve, and send away for tests and pills. Sooo many pills. But at least it isn't expensive extortion like in the US.

I had an ear infection and went to IDA pharmacy told me they couldn't give me anything for my ear infection and I need to see a doctor which will be almost next to impossible to get an appointment right away or a walk in which almost is non existent . I have decided to see Dr. Manion in Bonnyville and I got the prescriptions/medication I need ,shortly after that I had a serious acid reflux .. went to see Dr. Manions clinic again and I got sent to a lot of lab works just so everything will be checked and eliminate any other concerns .. it was awesome fast and efficient service . I don't have time to sit in the ER for long hours .and Dr. Manion is serving canadians the best he could despite our broken down health care system.

The receptionist at this clinic is the rudest individual I have spoke with in a long time, she had the people skillls of a rabid dog, I wouldn’t recommend going hear unless you feel like being treated like absolute garbage.

Although the clinic is fast, Dr.M does not even bat an eyelash at you. You get your prescriptions but it’s bad service. He’s also rude - won’t even return a hello. Also, often we have issues receiving prescriptions at the pharmacy. They don’t fax them over properly 100% of the time.

Dr. Mannion did what I asked without communication, meaning he never spoke to me once, and ignored me completely when I asked him a question. I somehow doubt that sort of Doctor/Patient interraction would be acceptable to the Alberta Medical Association.
I have dealt with many doctors in my 70 years and he is the only one who ever behaved in that fashion.

Go for the health care not the hand holding! These folks get things done but can be somewhat abrupt...I owe them my respect for the medical care they have found for me.
