I came to attitudes to get my hair done and explained that I wanted what was done in the second photo. I went in, and they explained that they could try, but we may not get the same result, I completely understood and knew that it may not turn out the way i wanted. Even to know i knew it may not turn out the way i wanted, i didn't think they would leave me with brassy roots/tips, purple mids, and white tips (first photo). Although she said she'd fix it up so that way the purple would start at the root and fade out, the product she added at the end didn't do anything and then acted content with how it turned out. The photos of the eyes are 2 appointments I got my lashes done, one of the appointments not turning out the way it had previously been done. The 5th photo shows how my lashes naturally sit while the 4th is the second time my lashes were done, and the 3rd photo was my first lift. I found the 2nd experience collected my lashes and made them sit evenly around the same spot they naturally sat, so it looked cleaner and more collected but not properly lifted. Where the first appointment, you can clearly see the intensity of the curl, which should be the standard for a lash lift. After this experience, I went back for a refund and they offered to redo it, I agreed in the hopes it would curl properly, but my hopes turned into disappointment when there was no difference at all. They told me the first time was done with different products that the lady supplied herself instead of the establishment, so that was why the result was different the second time. They refused to refund me saying "our recommendation is if you are not happy that you go to another tech and try again" and "what we did worked and it's just unfortunate the you didn't have the results that YOU were hoping for". I spent my money with the expectations that the services I was paying for would be done properly, not with cheaper products and half-baked efforts. The quotes are from a direct voicemail in my phone, and I'm sorry for the paragraph. Also, I would like to add the first experiences for each service were very welcoming and felt like they cared about their work while the second felt rushed and like they just wanted to get me out of their chair.
Update! While I was in the chair I was told the purple must've been undertones from the manic panic I had in my hair (it was faded and I had orange and green in my hair)she said this defensively after my hair turned that color after the toning. I was confused as to how purple came from orange and green but had wishful thinking that she was right. Well, I went home, took a shower, and it came out. The lady over toned and didn't properly clean my hair, only touching the front where she worked on leaving shampoo and conditioner in the rest of my hair. The service was lazy and sloppy.

Recently have gone in for a deep tissue massage. The staff member was very friendly and approachable. During therapy her professionalism shone through.
Got kinks knocked out of my muscles. What a relief I've felt.
Could have gone to heaven .

If you suffer from any kind of muscle tension in your body, I would recommend a massage therapist from Attitudes Hair and Spa .
Cost $96.00 for an hour session.

As somebody who has been getting their nails done for over 8 years plus I do have to say I was very disappointed in the services provided. When I found out about a healthier alternative called gelx nails that attitudes offered I was very excited about the opportunity to try them did a little bit of research and deemed it was the best fit for me, unfortunately I do not agree that the girls should be doing this service with the little amount of training that they have on them, let alone any nails... if you're paying $70 for a set of nails you should at least get a set of nails that are painted all the way through and be the same shape not have one coffin one square and one almond. If you're going to offer services, Atleast make sure you are taking me accordingly when I first got them done Not only was the girl running behind by almost an hour she didn't even paint my nails in fully unfortunately I had to wait the entire weekend to get them fixed and when I went back the other girl was nice enough to try to fix the first girl's error which unfortunately didn't work either as I said if I'm paying $70 for a service and it looks like a 4-year-old toddler did them there's something wrong there I will definitely not be returning and will bring my services to Sudbury such a shame I highly recommend that the girls get more training because quite frankly there's only one good nail tech there who is actually doing a good job all the others are just sort of butchering nails as I said $70 seems a lot for not very well done nails it seems like the elderly are being taken advantage of

Very clean place, looks great and super friendly staff. However, I was shocked at the price! I took two little kids into the salon (one was her first time getting a haircut) and it came to 50 dollars! I know other places give you a little first haircut certificate with a snippet of the hair, but I got nothing so that was a bit disappointing since my other kids received stuff like that for their first cuts in other salons. Also, I thought first haircuts were free (they always were at other places). Guess it was my fault for not confirming this upon my arrival to this specific salon. My girls cuts were just trims, so I feel that’s a bit ridiculous that I was charged as much as I was. Thanks, but I’ll be finding a more reasonable priced salon next time

This is one of the BEST salon/spas that I have ever been to. I visit this place quite often. Since the first time I went, I have been hooked! The ladies always make you feel like you are at home every visit. I often get my nails done by Amber. She is a very talented lady who strives to go above and beyond every time! I highly recommend visiting! There are many services available for everyone!
