Have been here twice.
First time was quick and satisfying.
Second time sucks. They’ve shorten their work hours from September 2024, so clinic was packed with patients. Seems every patient got a bit late so the average waiting time for everyone is 1 hour. 5-6 girls like receptionist or therapist walking around and chit chatting in front all the time. Only 1 doctor is on duty.

I've been receiving acupuncture and Pilates training from Elli, and I couldn't be more impressed! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making each session not only effective but also enjoyable. I go to Pilates here and learn a lot about my body from Elli and her team. Elli is very experienced and can quickly pinpoint issues with laser accuracy. For example I walked in the appointment this morning, she knows right away exactly where my back is hurting by looking at the way I was standing. More importantly, she comes up with solutions that took away the pain right away, and gives valuable pointers on how I should be fixing my postures so the pain won’t come back.
The team is very cool to work with, I enjoy the weekly Pilate sessions and my body thanks me every time for going. I have been to different physio and natural path therapist in the past (due to sports and collision injuries) and would say Elli’s team is amongst the best one I have worked with.

I’ve been coming to Aurora North Medical recently as I have to get a new family doctor, so they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful with getting me into the clinic for anything medical that I’ve needed in the past year!

Their pharmacy staff are extremely knowledgeable and very quick. I haven’t had to wait more than a few minutes for any prescriptions/medications in any of my visits here.

Very clean and inviting, very quick visits, and straight-to-the-point service with examinations from the walk-in specialists!

I had a fantastic experience for my physiotherapy treatment. The treatment was very effective in reducing my pain and improving my mobility I really appreciated the thorough assessment, clear explanations, personalized approach, etc. The staff's attitude was also wonderful - they were always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Mr. CHENG had been attentive to my needs. We went together through my Xray to better understand my issues and he was very knowledgeable and familiar with the steps which may follow. The treatment he offered was complimentary to what is expected from different specialists in my case in the future. Electric muscle stimulation and ultrasound tx was helpful to relax the muscles to better work with them. He also explained home exercises to improve muscle functioning. Entire hour had been very productive and helpful. Thank you!

Very good. The staff there are sweet and kind! The exercises help with posture and trims your body to use the right muscles. Service is also amazing. If you are looking for a place to do Pilate physio, I would suggest here.
