I had an excellent pregnancy and postpartum experience with Avivo. The clinic was organized and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s super convenient that they also have pelvic floor physio and lactation consultants at the same location.

I mostly saw Dr. Suri during my pregnancy and she was so warm, kind and helpful with all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. She’s very knowledgable and I felt well taken care of. I was able to message the nursing team through a portal and they would consult with the doctors and then get back to me regarding monitoring my blood pressure, which was so convenient.

I went for my six week postpartum appointment today, I got a call from Avivo when I reached on time outside, and she said, it supposed to be over the phone, when nobody told me about that when the appointment was booked.
Please be clear, if its in person or over the phone. My all appointments with Avivo, used to be in person and now suddenly when I’m supposed to come inside, you are saying to go back because its over the phone.
Its -14 outside, I was with my 6 weeks old baby, took taxi to come and go back.
My whole day just wasted, also the money.

Also, when I left from the building, after 10 minutes, you guys are calling again to come back inside so it can be done, when I’m already on my way back to home again.

Next time with someone else, please be clear when you guys booking an appointment and don’t waste their time and money.

I have found Dr. SB and the nurses here to be genuinely caring, supportive and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make me feel safe about voicing my concerns, they validate my feelings and take the time to talk about my options. It is honestly refreshing to be in the care of health care professionals who care about empowering you and not be dismissive of your concerns. I’m grateful to be in the care of this awesome team.

I do have to mention that the wait times at this clinic can be long sometimes (30-45 mins) but the staff and doctors here focus on providing you with detailed and thorough care during the appointment so they really are doing their best. I just factor in the wait times when planning my appointment with them.

Amazing Dr i have seen at Avivo Health. I think her name was Dr. Wang. She was so lovely and explained the procedure i have received. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

Great staff and Dr. S. Baranowski is very nice. I was a little nervous about my 1st appointment, but it went very well, and now I am pretty much confident about the procedures of delivery. Also, the lactation appointment helps me a lot as I am expecting my 1st child.

# 2024Year:-
I come back for my 2nd pregnancy to Dr. S. Baranowskia and the Dr. and the staff are really good to me. Before that, I was a little nervous about my 2nd pregnancy with my 1-year-old baby 👶. The waiting time is long 30min - 40min.
