I was traveling from out of town and by fluke really hurt my neck. I was totally locked up and in a lot of pain. Jason was able to take me in that day and help give me some relief so I could get back to normal function after a couple days rest. Very nice office receptionist as well, she was very kind.

I got injured while working and got shoulder and upper back injuries , pain was so bad that I was not able to sleep and do my daily routine work .Then,I visited Back on track physiotherapy and met Dr Jason Singh, he was very polite, friendly and professional in his work. He helped me out to recover from my injury with his treatment sessions and now I am all good.

Received physio here from Naval Shaw, following a broken foot. Treatment and exercises were so effective I was discharged ahead of schedule. They're interested in getting you back in shape, not turning you into a permanent source of revenue. Can't comment on other staff, but Naval was excellent and I'd recommend him to anyone.

James is a very knowledgeable, respectful and professional RMT. I’ve been receiving massage through this clinic and I’m very pleased! Would highly recommend! The clinic manager named Katelyn, is also very welcoming and helpful too.

I had a concussion last week due to fall on ice and booked an appointment with a firm request for a female physiotherapist. I got there and found that the physiotherapist booked is a man. It was disappointing. It took an hour to get there and come back home with empty hands. Waste of my time due to mismanagement. Not happy with this experience.

Saw Naval Shah for treatment. He knows what he's doing, recommended treatment and exercises that helped the specific problem and helped greatly with recovery. Would come back again.
