Brought my Husqvarna saw into Backtrack after a friend borrowed it and was told, “there’s something wrong with the saw”. Asked them if they service Husqvarna and was told “Sure”.
Matt checked it over and found the chain was on backwards plus the fuel and oil were dry.
Matt cleaned the saw, topped up the tanks and put the chain on properly - all for no charge.

Discovered this Stihl store about 5 years ago and I am still amazed of the level of service I get and fair pricing they deliver. Example I just had my backpack snow blower serviced.. got it home and it wasn’t running perfectly.. brought it back and was received with full apologies and quick corrective fix. No one is perfect, but to me how they address issues is more important than expecting perfection. So trying hard .. to me is perfect . Thanks to all the staff.

I must say the staff at this sthil service center are fantastic. I took my blower in today and they were able to fix the problem right there and then. The technician I was talking to was very knowledgeable as was the girl working the other counter. I will be making this dealer ship my service for all my power equipment from this day forward. Huge shout out to Steven, I went in on the Monday before the Christmas break looking for a fuel line assembly for my ice auger, and not only did he find one in the back he adapted it to the specifications that were needed to run my auger! Thanks to him and the rest of the crew, we were able to do a tone of ice fishing over the Christmas break. I would definitely recommend Backtrack to anyone in need of parts and service!
