The employee Melanie is amazing. My father suffers from epilepsy and many other aches and pains and Mel is fantastic with him. As well as greeting every single customer that walks in the door with her welcoming smile. She is very knowledgeable about the products sold there, super friendly and has improved my my dad's over all well being. I am forever grateful ty Mel.

We have always had positive and very informative experiences here. Melanie really takes her time with each customer and is an extremely knowledgable Budtender. Everything I say I'm looking for not chokie, but sweet and flavorful... she hits the nail on the head each time. Never disappointed with our purchases here. The display is very open and organized, which makes our shopping experience more enjoyable as all product is clearly visible. Very clean and very responsive with the door. Seeing as they actually greet you at the door then allow you in. Keep it up Bancroft Cannabis we will always come back for our Bud Needs😊

Out for rhe weekend and stopped into your store..little more pricier then our store where we live however, the customer service from Mel was A1...very knowledgeable and took her time to go thru products we asked about.

I had a wonderful experience here today. My friend and I from out of town needed the bud. It was a very pleasant and informative experience. The prices seem a little higher than our own local dispensary, but the service was over the top. We needed a particular pre-rolled, and she was experienced enough to know a good substitute.
And with a fine selection of rollie's, we were on our way.
