L’accueil est chaleureux. Un endroit très propre. Les règles sanitaires du Covid sont très bien respectées. Jacynthe m’a pris en charge avec le sourire. Absolutely recommend! I was doing my physio after ACL reconstruction and Kevin was just fantastic - always answering my numerous questions regarding the knee recovery and even so much more. The excersise learned here were applicable in my daily routine and were designed carefully, but progressively. Always excited to come here and being able discuss the details of my recovery :).

I’ve seen Tom Wong for 3 separate issues over the years: lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, and a dislocated shoulder. Each time he has been welcoming, precise, and effective in his diagnosis and treatment. I’m happy to say that I’ve recovered from each with his help. I’m feeling strong and able to trust my body to continue doing the things I love. If you’re looking for a good physio and are willing to put in the work during rehab, I’d highly recommend Tom. Kevin has been my physio for many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and has an incredible bed manner when dealing with his patients that are in pain. He spends a good amount of time listening to my body issues, symptoms, changes in pain/mobility and adjusts my physio programs as needed. He has seen me through injuries, surgeries, and life-long conditions, rehabbing me through to the other side until in no longer need to see him for that problem. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

I was lucky enough to find my way to the Banff Physical Therapy team after a knee sprain while skiing on vacation. Everything about the clinic was fantastic! Everyone from the front desk to both senior physiotherapists I saw over the course of the two days I worked with them were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, thorough, and clearly very highly competent in their areas of expertise. The front desk folks were great about communicating and getting me into cancellations slots both days. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. They put me solidly on the road to recovery with their thoughtful and caring treatment and guidance. Thank you, Banff PT team!

First time meeting and working with Jazz! She made me feel very comfortable and heard.
