I have had a terrible experience with this clinic. The front staff were extremely rude when we were trying urgently to get paper work done for our father. It was something that the Doctor had on his desk and we are still waiting for the paper work to get signed. The communication between the front office staff was extremely disappointing. My father is in his last stages of dementia and we need this paperwork to get him into memory care. A 5 minute job is taking a week.

Have been with this clinic for 15 years , at first it was an easy process , but in the last 2 yrs , I’ve never had such a run a round , to see my doctor now is a chore , that takes up to 4 months , the secretary is the most foul woman in town , I called to see my doctor on sept 15 2024 , for bronchitis , the secretary told me I was not to bother them until November 15 , to set an appointment for December 23 2024 , I called in between 2 times , the last time she told me that I should find another doctor , and that she was the boss . I’m am now thinking that a call should be placed to alberta health services , on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this clinic at .5 , due to the fact that the receptionist takes out her personal problems on the public . Not a good scenario …….

Some of the receptionist girls that are there seriously need to put a little bit of sunshine in their cup because they're awful bitterness is completely unacceptable and necessary for the clinic. No wonder why people complain about it so much. No need to be an ignorant just because your having a bad day. Doesn't mean you need to take it out on patients.

I called a month ago to talk to Dr Visser or leave a message. The receptionist said they don't do that. This office need to hire new receptionist. Has no clue of patient care. Very rude, belittles and treats callers with no dignity ! Like the previous comments and reviews, I would too rate it negative stars.

I can’t say anything negative about this clinic. The doctors and their support staff are all great here . Setting up appointments is always a prompt and complete process, checking in is also a smooth process, the reception staff are prompt and thorough, and Dr. Bernes and his support staff are always thorough and make every effort to ensure that when I leave the office, all of my concerns are dealt with even the ones I remember at the last second.
I have to say thanks to Dr Bernes for always helping me connect with the best specialists when I kneed them. And thanks for helping me stay as healthy as I possibly can…

If I could give them a 0 rating I would, but they get a 1. I am new to town. And was looking to talk to a doctor about some issues I’m having. The receptionist as soon as she answered she had a really bad tone. I was talking to her and wanting to set up a date to talk to someone. And she said we don’t do that here repeatedly to all my questions. she kept trying to get me to tell her what my issues are and I didn’t want to talk to her about it because it’s my personal information. But she kept pushing me then I finally told her (and felt embarrassed ) then she said well do you have a family doctor here and I explained to her that I just moved here and I don’t have one yet and she had a worse tone and said well we can’t help you here try somewhere else and hung up.

Dr. Bernes is absolutely amazing !
My mom saw him in the hospital ER, he took the time to give my mom a thorough exam, and asked and answered all the questions she had.
He sent her for some tests that her regular doctor wouldn't. Her regular doctor just kept ignoring her issues going on for over 6 months, and didn't want to deal with her.
He is very polite and efficient!

My doctor is great but it’s almost impossible to book an appointment. I usually have to call multiple times a day for a few days to even get them to pickup the phone for me to book an appointment, they could at least pickup and put me on hold if they are busy. Then when they do finally answer the phone they are super rude.
