One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a clinic. I’ve been dealing with this clinic for 4 months, on two separate occasions they have not sent out my requisitions where I’ve had to reschedule appointments and take extra time off work to wait for them to have them sent out, waited 2 weeks for my prescription to be sent out where my pharmacist had contacted them to remind them to send it and and still never got it a week later. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Extremely disappointed with their client care.

Well I went today and saw Dr Amerachi Acholonu-Nwobe to get refills for my heart meds. She started by asking me what my gender is. I couldn’t believe it! Then she assumed I was there to get more of another medication. I told her, “No”, I need more heart meds because I had a stroke in March. She didn’t bat an eye. Didn’t even mention it. Unbelievably poor ‘bedside manner’. She printed off the prescription in another location and when she came back she didn’t even come into the room, she just handed me the prescription through the doorway and and mumbled something as she walked off. My wife had mentioned in the past that she has an uncaring, distant attitude. I agree. It’s like she’s distracted or something. She’s awful! So we have decided that we won’t be going back there. If that’s the level of ‘care’ they offer. The receptionist gave more care than the Dr did!! I am disgusted and not a little disappointed.

Amazing staff, needed to see a doctor not even on the day I called, they got me in for a quick visit the same day so I could hash out my issues!! Friendly receptionist and amazing doctors great job keep up the good work!!

Amazing office staff thank you ladies for all you do ❤️. I can't say the same for the some of the doctors. You can't even find them on ratemd. I feel this could mean they're getting bad reviews.

Try for 3 days straight just to get through to them left voicemail to call me back and still have not Called.
back from them a bit disappointed. Thought it was a good doctor's office.
