Nous en avons demandé un autre mais la réceptioniste ne savait pas où ils étaient. Il y avait également un seul verre pour boire, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour deux personnes. L'éclairage étaitt nettement déficient : une lampe sur l'unique table de nuit et une lampe sur pied dans le coin mais pas de fauteuil pour s'asseoir. Aucun éclairage au plafond. Aucun miroir dans la chambre. Les choses qui étaient dans la chambre étaient bien mais c'est tout ce qui manquait qui causait problème. Pour ajouter à tout cela, le déjeuner continental était compris lorsque nous avons fait notre réservation mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour le déjeuner, la réceptioniste nous a dit que l'hôtel ne servait plus le déjeuner depuis la semaine dernière. L'accueil était très bien à l'arrivée mais le départ a été moins réussi.

Really nice people at front nice. They provided useful information about restaurants. Room was clean and beds confortable. The small fridge was working well. In a quiet area, near a walking path. We would definitely return. Good quality/price.

This hotel is tough to rate. Had a nice reception, and I liked how the hotel is within walking distance to local bars (13 min) but the rule against going to the main reception was just odd. Why?||||Families also won't appreciate the loto machines by the main reception.||||The restaurant also was closed (maybe as we travelled jn off season), which is too bad as there aren't many restaurants in the town. ||||So nothing horrible but still...

Check in was great but Holy cow the rules! Once checked in guests are not permitted to use the front door, if traveling with a pet it's 25.00 for each pet (same as if it were extra people and this is not a refundable deposit on inspection of room) they want in your room prior to leaving to inspect for damages.|| All dog waste must be taken to dumpster (if your 6 foot you can reach it!!) When we arrived there were bags of dog waste to the left of the side entrance. So if you are traveling with pets that you do a quick inspection first prior to entering your room. ?(some pet owners are not responsible which makes it hard on those of us who are.) Just cover your bases.||Bring your own hand soap as it's not supplied in the room.||Rooms are clean and the restaurant isn't open due to staff shortages.

Carpet wasn't put down on the side entrance and I literally fell out of the hotel as my foot caught up in the carpet. Other than that the room was nice but the sheets had coffee stains on it, toilet was sanitized. Not even sure if they have a kitchen as no breakfast was offered.

The bed is a slanted lumpy board|You can hear the bowel movments of the rooms next to you , and the conversations of 4 rooms away. You can for get sleep . No house keeping and the hotel is so rude they won't allow guests in the lobby after check in. Sore back , tired and u rested are the garuntees here|

We flew home for a big family function in the area. The hotel looked very nice upon arrival. It was later in the night when we arrived and we had to wait around for a bit in order to check in, as no staff was at the desk. Not a good start as we had travelled since 4am that morning.||Our room was nice, but there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. No couch or chairs to watch TV. Had to sit on the bed.||They have a bar and a room with slot machines in the foyer, but no food available as the restaurant is not currently operating. We had to drive into town and eat at McDonalds for dinner. The next morning they offered cold/hot cereal or you could make toast. We expected to be able to eat here, as they are still advertising that they have a restaurant. We had to go into town again and eat at another restaurant.||Both nights we were there, the noise from the bar/slot area and traffic in the hallway was very loud. Our room was very near the reception desk. When we went out to speak to someone about this, there was no staff present that we could find. We used tissue in our ears to quiet the noise.||The area is beautiful but we will not be staying at this hotel again. For 2 rooms for 2 nights it cost us almost $700.00. Way too much for just a basic room and no amenities, not even food. We were shocked at the price as we had not asked the rate when we booked.||As we have stayed in beautiful suites for less per night, we do not understand the rates here being so high. It was sour icing on a mediocre cake.

The staff go above expectation. Received an upgrade for an extended stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, beautiful view.
Even with Covid restrictions and limited services available, the staff directed us
to the perfect places to eat.
Thank you
