Not sure about the walk-in, but the family doctor office is still open. However, good luck getting an appointment.. They’re open from 9-12, which is ridiculous? Is there a reason the doctors can’t work later.. anyway, I tried to get a prescription refilled and was told the earliest appointment is the end of August.. So I’m forced to go to a walk-in to get my meds.. Wouldn’t recommend as there’s no point to having a family doctor that you can’t even see when needed.

The receptionist there seriously doesn’t know what she is doing. Either train her properly or get someone else to help her understand how to convey information. From day 1 since my mom’s been registered, well even before registration that receptionist had confused dates and appointments. It’s ridiculous honestly. My mom called Monday and asked for an appointment for same day and understandably they couldn’t give her one. No issues but the receptionist said ‘oh not today but Thursday at xx time’. My mom shows up today THURSDAY and the receptionist says ‘oh not today, it’s next Thursday’. You can’t make this up. If someone calls on a Monday and you tell them to come Thursday, what does that mean? Definitely not next Thursday

First of all, the number they have posted is the wrong number. I called the office to cancel an appointment and to let the receptionist know that the number they have provided on google is wrong, instead of saying “thank you I’ll look into it” she was disgustingly rude, I couldn’t believe it! They have posted “no abuse policy”, so the receptionist can abuse the patients all she wants? Everytime I’ve interacted with her she’s been nothing but rude, she needs to think about getting a different job because I don’t think she’s capable of being kind. I just can’t believe how she treats people. If it wasn’t so hard to find a family doctor I would seriously look into finding another one because I don’t want to be spoken to like this everytime I need to make an appointment or cancel an appointment regarding MY HEALTHCARE!!! It’s clear in the other reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. I’m going to try to put a complaint in somewhere.

Receptionist is not approachable.It's like you are bothering her. She is lazy and laid back not client or focus on the patients
I saw two Male doctors there ,very nice and professional. Why is she closing the door at 8;30 if clinic hours is 6 to 9.They requested that the patient should be there at least at 8:30.This is so so they can finish at 9Pm. So why is she locking the door at 8:30 with no patients in the clinic. Highest level of incompetence

Was pretty disappointed, it's advertised as a walk in, but you cannot go there if you haven't seen a doctor in that building within a year. The patient room was completely empty and they still wouldn't see my daughter.

Went there and they said they were closed half an hour before closing time. I went there the other day and the receptionist was literally laughing at one of the patients. Really unprofessional medical staff. On top of that, don't consider going to the female Asian doctor Dr.chow; she is very unprofessional she did a check up on me in under 1 minute and said I was 'fine and proceeded to laugh at me. The next day I went to another clinic and I was informed that I had a throat infection.

Female Dr. Chow is extremely condescending and unprofessional. The receptionist on this particular Sunday was also very unhappy to be there and quite rude. We had been going to this clinic for many years but will now be looking for another one. Preferably staffed with people who are capable of expressing some level of kindness to others.

Came in about 40 minutes before close, needed to see doctor about RESULTS of a test, nothing else. The receptionist was SO RUDE. She said the doctor had already finished taking patients and that we needed to be there half an hour before close. When I showed her the time, she just turned off the lights and locked the door on me.
