I would give it a 5 star because of the doctors. But you get a one star because all your receptionists all have attitudes and think they are all doctors You guys are here to help us not give us an attitude and deny us what we ask for from our Doctor as in phone appointments. Or certain time appointment as we all cannot take off work. I hate calling to make an appointment because all you get is attitude. If you don't like your job, go get a new one.

I had my ears syringe cleaned yesterday. Made my hearing worse, I could barely hear a thing afterwards. I thought it would clear out once it dried but no improvement whatsoever. All night with a splitting headache and my hearing even worse when laying down. Not one person told me what to expect, that any of this could happen. So I called first thing the next morning.
I didn't ask to see my doctor, I simply didn't know what to do. The receptionist said Dr Woodland wasn't in until later today but asked if I'd like to see another doctor for 2pm. I was worried and my headache wasn't letting up. So I gladly accepted. All good....until
I get there. The nurse called me, my hearing so bad I thought I was being called from behind me! Before I get into the doctor's room, she says "weren't you here this morning?" I told her no, yesterday. She's going on about how it takes about 3 days for the mineral oil to loosen the wax, almost looking annoyed that I'm there, wasting her time. I asked how I'm supposed to go to work if can't hear....she just shrugged her shoulders. The doctor came in, and pretty much repeated what the nurse said but agreed to clean my ears again. I will give credit to the nurse, she used a spray bottle technique which actually worked almost instantly, so I'm grateful for that. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am to hear again. I just didn't appreciate being belittled before I even got into the office, others could hear this conversation, never mind once seated. I've never had this procedure before, as I told the nurse that yesterday. How would I know being almost completely deaf is to be expected?

This Centre is by far the most professional, kind and caring practice I have ever been to. All the receptionists are kind and have a great sense of humor, Doctor Woodland is fantastic and he goes above and beyond for all his clients, he is an excellent role model for all. Even on the busiest days ex. after a long weekend they are pleasant and have lots of patience!! Thank you to the Beamsville Medical Staff.

Front desk is horrible and is always incredibly rude. I have been a client here for many years and have never had an appointment go smoothly due to front desk. The nurse practitioner there though is awesome and the only reason I have stayed. The doctor there had told me my symptoms were all in my head for years related to ovarian problems and it finally took seeing the nurse practitioner to diagnose me with PCOS after thinking I was being dramatic and crazy. Overall bad office with only a couple good people.

Getting an appointment with ur family doctor is impossible. Bad receptionists. Opens at 8:30am, busy tone till 10am or longer. Who has the busy tone these days? By far the worst to book an appointment. You're either on hold forever or it rings until ur cut off then back to busy tone... Horrible enough to want to make me switch else where.....

Front office staff often rude and every single time it's at least 10 minutes on hold until they answer you. Also ever since "COVID" they have this wellness clinic in the basement and every single issue pretty much they say "okay you have to go down to the wellness clinic" and it books up so quickly and they only take same day appointments so my kids never get the care they need because I can never book in an appointment. Any runny nose/headaches/stomach issues/eye issues/sinus issues, literally anything you have to go to the wellness clinic as if you're some kind of threat to others so you can't be upstairs in the normal doctor's office. It's ridiculous. Those are the things that we go to see the doctor for so we pretty much never get to see our doctor anymore. I feel this is neglect and a very poor way of running the system. My kids aren't getting the care they need and sometimes it could take up to days till I finally get in (if I remember to call back every single morning right at 8:30 which as a busy parent it's hard to always have to have that in the back of your mind). I just want to be able to call once and get an appointment instead of always having to be told "we're full. Call back again tomorrow". This doctor's office has gone so downhill and I am currently looking for a new place to go that will actually treat their patients and see them when they need to be seen and not keep me waiting and having to call back every day. It's too bad because I do like my doctor (when I do get to see her).

Rude receptionist; I called and asked if they accept walk-ins doesn’t even say hello she just says no with an attitude and that it shows on their website, but it’s what firsts pulls up on google when you search walk in in Beamsville.

I think they try very hard to be pleasant and helpful. Waits are not very long.
I've been going to the clinic since 1986, along with kids when little.
Trustworthy doctors and clinicians.
