I was told by emergency Over the phone that if I came there for my prescription refill and to see what the painful burning itchy rash that covered one side of my face which was very swollen was that they would not call in a doctor and that I would have to sit there and wait for an emergency (if one should happen) in order to see a doctor. She than asked me why I would even go there. She tried her very best to discourage me from going there. She said I was not an emergency so no doctor would be called for me. I told her I would look into what she was saying. I did some research which discredited everything she said to me so I called back. She refused to come to the phone and the new person that answered (Terry) refused to tell me the name of the first person I spoke with. She ignored my question and hung up on me. What kind of people are working in this facility? This is not right.
