Highly recommend! Fast service, friendly experienced staff. After one massage with Emily, I had immediate results.
Exceptional service with Abe during my physio assessment, he went above and beyond! Provided multiple methods of therapy (Shockwave, cupping, dry needling, and taping) in one visit.
By far the best experience I've had.

I've been seeing Sandra for physio and Emily, Terri-Lynn, and Roy multiple times a week for the past few months following an MVA and their care has been excellent. They have a wealth of knowledge and the team is always friendly! I highly recommend to anyone needing care with pain management or an injury!

Very dissatisfied with my experience at this facility scheduled for 12 they were 20 minutes late getting me in , I called to get an appointment changed all I got was an answering machine left 2 messages didnt get back to me , I was better off going to Core or Empower, will not ever set foot in that facility again.

I've been a chronic migraine sufferer for the past 10 years with lots of tension in my neck and shoulders which doesn't help. Today I woke up with a terrible headache and could feel how tense my neck muscles were. I booked a massage with Jeremy and it's THE BEST massage I've ever received. The pressure was just right for me, his techniques were on point ?.
Jeremy also was very professional, listened well and gave me time to explain what was going on. Also very thorough in his assessment prior to starting the massage. I felt very relaxed during my treatment.

I was in a MVA January 3rd. I have been going to physio and massage 2 times a week since. Sandra is amazing in physio. Her skill is on point. Massage was very painful in the beginning, however i have been working with Jeremy and I am night and day already. Highly recommend seeing these 2 for all your needs.

My first day there today was an amazing experience. I love the private rooms they have so you can feel free to talk with no one listening beside you. People were very polite and helpful. Michelle who was my physio was very knowledgeable and very helpful and respectful. She helped me so much just in the first day and I cant wait to go back. The physio also has a lot of equipment and are capable of doing a lot to help you get better. This is what I noticed just on my first day and I am sure I can write another review later on. I have been to a couple of physio before and they were not comparable to this one. I would recommend anyone to try this place first. I will give this a 5 star for sure.

My first appointment here was great. Second not so much. I was charged a full hour for my appointment but only seen for less than 20 minutes. I was told all my concerns were just in my head. She didn't seem professional at all.
