Truth be told, I just about had it with this company. I've been having terrible experience with the customer service; however, the people in this store were so kind, showed a lot of patience and understanding. They really went above and beyond for me to help me and give me a great deal. It's honestly the absolute best treatment I've recieved from any store. Huge thank-you to Josh, Beth, Allan but especially a HUGE thank-you to Kelsey! Kelsey, you are a wonderful person, and a fantastic worker. You really went above and beyond with your patience with me and showed compassion and really made me feel seen and heard. I really hope you thrive in this company. Because of everyone in the store (but mainly Kelsey) I'm still a Bell customer. Thank-you all!!!

My husband and I were having issues setting up cellular service to our new Apple Watches, which turned out being a glitch in the system. Beth and Josh, at the Bell Store (in the Superstore Lower Sackville), with the help of tech support, fixed the issue for us in the most pleasant, patient, kind, and professional manner. A huge thank you to Beth and Josh, you went above and beyond.

I brought my daughter in to upgrade her iPhone from a 13 to a 15 and was waited on by a very knowledgable gentleman named Josh. Josh was very helpful and was very quick and knew everything there was to know about his job and about the business in general, Josh made sure we got the best deal and the exact phone, case and accessories that my daughter needed! I was impressed and my daughter was impressed with the service that Josh provided!

Beth was so pleasant, welcoming, informative and professional when I inquired about the best cell phone rate with Bell.
We subsequently changed both my husband’s phone and my phone from to Bell. In store service with Alan was also very friendly, helpful and he sealed the deal.

Kelsey and Josh were absolutely amazing. I've been in and out of this store for two days now, setting up mine and my ladys new phones, and some new home services. They are very professional, friendly, and made the process seemless and a wonderful experience. We've invited them over for a drink sometime we were that impressed with their help. They truly went above and beyond for us, they deserve a raise! We will be back just because of these two lovely people.
