I am the wife of Ken, and I was at the Bell store in Stonewall. I'd been recently having problems pertaining to Google I Cloud etc. I sure wasn't impressed that they want monthly payments for more storage space! Otherwise they were cutting me off of my email AND picture areas.
Brian was the representative that assisted me during my panic mode. He was lovely to deal with, and I truly appreciated his help in this matter. Very patient and kind.

Had an unfortunate accident with my iPhone 11 that was still on contract with Bell MTS for another 9 months. I got to the store & Brad from the Selkirk store was filling in for the day…..explained my situation and he thoroughly explained my options and the cost breakdown for each option. I asked him several dozen questions and he was able to answer/explain everything I needed to know. I made my decision on a new phone/plan and Brad got me going again within a hour & a half. It cost me an arm & a leg to get a new phone back but not his fault. Thanx very much for everything & all your help!!

This place is great, was helped out by a nice bald guy. New phone, in and out, cheaper than before. Super friendly and helpful with setup.

I can agree that they have good service for your phone, tv, internet, etc.
BUT I went there to see what kind of phones they had and asked them about the others that weren't on display. one responded with "we have pretty much every phone, not all of them are on display" so, fine, whatever.
i asked for a specific phone and she just told me to go to the website. after i went home i looked on the website and they only had new phones listed, i put in a more specific search and it wasn't there. The people there did not help me and couldn't be bothered to even check what phones they had in stock.
So, the in person service isn't helpful.

Sign states it is open at 9 arrived shortly after 930 and doors were locked and no answer, terrible business practice, avoid the store and just go to the city far less hassle

Tried to go there this morning around 10:30 & it wasn't open. This page & the door said they open at 10 on Saturday. Would have liked to have given no stars.
Tried calling twice during the afternoon - no answer.
