Bella's Glamour & Laser Studio has everything you'd want in a beauty salon plus the amazing Bella and her daughter, Gelena. These ladies know how to pamper you. Bella recently pierced my niece's ears and did a beautiful job. Added bonus -- the mall the salon is located in has a good selection of stores (as well as a Timmy's) and lots of free parking.

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced with Bella yesterday. She was absolutely wonderful with her, and kept her engaged and happy the whole time. No tears and loved the experience! She’s been telling friends already they should go to Bella’s because Bella doesn’t hurt you 😀

Brought my two young daughters to Bella’s to get their ears pierced. She got them to pick their earrings then explained everything in a kid friendly way … how the lotion is « magic water » that is brought by the fairy to keep their ears clean. The girls’ ears healed beautifully. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. She made them feel at ease, offered them a treat and water, did their nails with glitter as well as offered them some cartoons while their nails dried. It was lovely and I would recommend Bella without any hesitation for ear piercings. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of coming across Bella's salon when looking for a place to get a new ear piercing done. Bella was so warm and welcoming and gave me her gracious, professional opinion on the piercing placement I wanted. My previous holes were very crooked and awkwardly spaced so she made a suggestion for the placement of the new piercing that would better compliment the existing holes - she was totally right, and my new piercing looks beautiful!

She genuinely cares about the quality of her work and the happiness of her clients, I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for that extra level of service when it comes to their aesthetic needs.

Hate to give a low rating because Bella is very kind and friendly. Unfortunately she carries very dated ear piercing tools and the earrings she uses are very old
School (very thick bullet type). She pierced my 6 year old daughters ears and they got infected and left large holes that now gape open. I wish I would have taken her to a professional salon instead. She advised me that she has been doing this for many years and that may be the case , but her technique, products and knowledge is very dated as well. My advice is take your child to a salon where they have a good selection of earrings with modern tools and earrings.

Bella seems like a nice person but honestly I will never return. The pace looks very old, not very clean. The chair for the pedicure is broken so she comes out with a plastic bin to soak your feet. She tries to sell her products to look younger. On speaker phone to clients calling for products while doing your nails. 100 for this service is not worth it. Almost took 2 1/2 hours.
She talks all the time instead of doing the nails properly.

My mom had gone to many salons and they always messed up her nails and eyebrows. We decided to try Bella's after a recommendation from a friend. Bella was amazing and my mom's nails are gorgeous. My mom plays tennis and is very active but her nails after 3 weeks still look beautiful.
She offered to wax and style her eyebrows which was very reasonably priced and my mom loves them.
We found a real GEM in Ottawa.
