Dr Dorobantu is wonderful, patient & kind. Any other doctor I have seen here has been the same. Tammy is also wonderful. Dale is the loss of the one star. Seems like patients are a bother on phone and in person. Doesn’t listen to what patients are saying & jumps ahead in the conversation to try and answer questions you’re not asking so you’ll go away.
She should not be the first interaction patients have with this clinic.

I have been seeing the doctors at this clinic for well over 20 years. The caring, compassionate, friendly, and understanding. They make an effort to squeeze you in and will stay with you longer than the typical doctor.

I Joined bells corner medical group in may 2022, they accepted me because i was 8months pregnant…Both me and baby are super satisfied as the staff here is very helpful and super polite. Dr Dorobantu is very knowledgeable and amazing… she always gets back to us in time, which is the best part… she makes us super comfortable and is exactly the doctor anyone would want to have…

Me and my family have been going to this clinic for a decade. My grandparents, Lena and Igor Azarov are especially grateful to the excellent healthcare provided by Patricia and other doctors there. Recently, my grandpa had a heart-related emergency and when we called, they responded right away, preventing a potential disaster. Whenever I need to a check-up, the clinic responds quickly and the reception is always friendly. My grandparents don't speak much English, and the patience and kindness shown to them over the years makes a real difference. They have been able to take care of themselves and, in turn, their young grandchildren because Bell's Corners and Doctor Patricia. There's no clinic that's more caring for its patients and attentive to detail. Thank you!

My experience with the Bells Corners Medical Group has been excellent for several years: the doctors are attentive and knowledgeable, staff are patient and friendly, the office is clean and welcoming so in short, it is a first-class facility that delivers great health care services to the community. It is important to note that as a patient, I know that these health care professionals put my interests first, which is not always the case everywhere else. I would highly recommend this medical group to anyone who is looking for a family doctor and I feel fortunate to be one of their patients

If I could leave zero stars I would “Ontario’s Doctors are with you in any situation. Learn more. We put you at the centre of our care.”
Yeah right what a joke of a health care system. Wouldn’t advise bells corners medical group to anyone with mental health issues. Doctor wong, my supposed family doctor has discontinued my service with her without letting me know, or sending official documentation. And also without having a conversation with me about it. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me herself. After 27 years with this doctor I expected more. Sad that someone can just give up on helping you through your mental health journey because ”we’re no longer a good fit”. I’m in a serious mental health crisis reached out for help with a response from a supposed medical professional who is allowing ultimate personal bias coming into play. I will be reporting her by filing a complaint to the “College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)”. Honestly I’m ready to just give up on taking my meds and go crazy be a product of what happens when you are refused help and mistreated, I take my medication for the benefit of everyone around me not only me. So now that trying to get help is so difficult I’m done trying.

I went in with my son and wife. And was asked to leave the doctors room because it was too crowded. Covid was 3 years ago. We're all vaccinated and still wear masks. I have a right to be there for my son when he's sick. There is no laws stating I'm legally obligated to not be present. It's insulting and zero logic. Especially coming from a doctor.

I am immensely grateful to be a patient of Doctor Dorobantu. She is beyond kind, caring and compassionate. Every appointment with Doctor Dorobantu has been a comfortable, relaxed experience. She welcomes you to a very safe space. Dr.Dorobantu is extremely proactive and a phenomenal listener which I appreciate so much. She has helped me tremendously this past year, I have so much gratitude for her. She's the best.
