Was treated with care and intelligence. Staff ensured our comfort during our wait to be seen. Like every hospital, wait times are long but I commend the staff for their efforts to keep waiting patients comfortable. Treatment was thorough and left feeling much better.

Had emergency care here and ALL the staff are EXTREMELY nice and caring of all there parents.
The only reason I didn't give the extra star is because it was SSOO cold in the Emergency rooms.
They did give me 2 warm blankets though.

I'm from Winnipeg and I've been going to Steinbach Hospital for appointments, scans and ultrasound.
Thank you to ALL the Staff for such great care. ❤️

We went to Bethesda Medical Centre last night for a medical issue with my husband. It was the first time attending to the ER there. From the time we got there until the moment we left, we were both dealt with very professionally by all of the staff at the facility. We were there four and a half hours which would have been longer had we gone to a Winnipeg hospital. Sure it was a long wait and others were clearly there a longer time, however I understand that this hospital serves a large geographic area with apparently only one doctor on in the evening so staffing adequately is an issue not unlike many areas. Despite this, we encountered staff that were attentive, caring and very thorough who were, in our opinion doing the best they could under perhaps some major staffing constraints

The nurses were very kind and helpful, as were the ladies at the reception. Unfortunately, the attending physician was very, very slow in his work. I arrived and had to wait 10 hours. Afterward, I was informed that the specialists had already left and I would have to come back the next day for an examination. Overall, the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, the emergency room was very full. Anyone who needs urgent treatment should definitely choose a different emergency room.

Don’t go here. 5 hours here. Me and another dude were here this long. This is very average. I have an infection, which is under less urgent, 5 hours here. I broke my leg one time and came here, 4 hours in the waiting room. Infection that was 10/10? 8 hours waiting room where there was only 6 people in the waiting room before me Not to mention the security are definitely useless just by looking at them. Nurse receptionists won’t even bat an eye, not a single thing of the word care through the whole experience. When my infection worsens, I thank this hospital, for making my appointments past the due date of sepsis and death. Not literally for me, thankfully. But I know if I came here in a life and death situation they can’t see that’s obvious, I know I definitely die putting my trust in them. Absolutely ridiculous. Been to so many countries and hospitals and I’ve never experienced more lack of care in their actions anywhere else. Holy hell bro

They were incredibly slow and showed no urgency in helping my friend, who was clearly in a lot of pain. Last year, they also failed to properly care for my grandfather while he was suffering he sadly passed away shortly after. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism. I would never come back here and strongly advise others to stay away as well.

Came in at 10:30 pm. The guy doing triage was taking 45 minutes to an hour per person. Patients were coming out from the back but only 2 were called back in 5 hours.
I don't feel the care my daughter got was adequate. The nurse told me the dr was sleeping and that's why things were so slow..

The waiting room was freezing so we asked for a blanket. After an hour I had to ask again and they seemed frustrated? Upon leaving and sharing our experiences with others, we learned this is not uncommon. Next time we will just drive to winnipeg.

Went into the ER with a really bad UTI and pulling pain in the ovary region, front desk sent me to the quick care clinic, where they confirmed a UTI and prescribed antibiotics. Felt good after taking first pill for about an hour (have been on this antibiotic before with no issues) and then suddenly had really bad chills, nausea, lightheadedness and some difficulty breathing properly. Overall felt like I was going to pass out and the pain came back persistent. Also had pulling pain that whole week coming from ovary, so at that point I suspected a burst ovarian cyst along with the UTI. Drove back to the ER where the nurse recognized me from that morning and gave me pain killers (which didn’t work the whole week I was in pain). Arrived at 10:30 and was seen at 2:00am, only for the doctor to reconfirm the UTI and when asked if we could do an ultrasound to rule out a burst cyst I was met with "she doesn’t look like she’s in enough pain". I could later compare that pain to contractions at 6cm dilated with my daughter.
