I have been seeing Dr. Dalphond for years. I have seen her through 3 different clinics. She has been nothing but amazing for me, and has always been so kind and understands that I use humor when I am uncomfortable or anxious with my medical issues. Even if my jokes aren't funny (at all LOL) she still laughs.. which makes me feel more at ease. If she were taking patients, I would recommend her to anyone; and I feel extremely lucky to be her patient!

My husband went into the Clinic on October 31st, as he had been experiencing some chest pains a few days earlier.
He explained his symptoms to the receptionist, and asked to speak to a doctor.
Her 1st response was, This is Not a Walk in Clinic.
This response and attitude was uncaring and totally unprofessional, and this is Not the first time we have experienced this kind of attitude at this Clinic.
We mentioned that we have a family doctor at this clinic and that she is not in the office today, however we would like to speak to a physician, and to have a record for our family doctor, as we know
she would definitely want to follow up with him.
The receptionist had no concern what so ever to get a doctor or a nurse to speak to him and to at least take his blood pressure.
The Correct Response would have been ... Let me get a doctor to see to you immediately, and that kind gesture would have gone a Long Way. It's not like she was busy, The waiting room was Completely Empty and even if she were, Symptoms of a potential heart attack should Not be Taken Lightly !

My doc is amazing and will truly listen to your concerns. What’s frustrating though is showing up for your appointment and when you voice concerns regarding the blood pressure monitor they do as soon as you’re in the room, you’re told that it’s “policy and procedure” so you don’t have a choice. I have white coat syndrome so my blood pressure is always high when I’m in a medical setting. I explained to the nurse that it’s not going to be accurate but I was given no option to say no. She grabbed my arm, put the cuff around it and hit Start on the machine. Sure enough… it was high. I’ve run into this before at this clinic where I’m told I need to be weighed and when I explain that I’m not comfortable with that, I’m given no choice and am told it’s policy and procedure. It’s just frustrating when you’re not allowed to have any day and told this is based on policy so you must do it.

Most of the front desk people are not friendly, kind or warm at all. No wonder why this clinic has a bad rating. When walking into a doctor office it’s very refreshing to be greeted with a kind warm smile, therefore going to the doctors can be very intimidating. But that is not what I experienced when walking into this doctor’s office. Even when communicating, with them on the phone, not friendly at all.

This clinic is wonderful! The front desk staff are always so nice and very accommodating! If something comes up and I do not have an appointment, they always do their best to get me in that day, even if it is with another doctor. Both my daughter and I see Dr. Roos. She is an amazing doctor! Very patient, and always listens to everything I have to say. She is also very kind and thorough. She cares a lot about her patients. I have never had a better doctor! Her nursing staff is also amazing! Very patient and kind. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. I highly recommend it!

My family and I see Dr. Crawford here. He's awesome, although terribly busy. He's quiet, listens well, and answers questions thoroughly, although he tends to be conventional. He's practical and offers common-sense solutions but doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist.

The clinic has provided great service to us and we've been going here for 4 years. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable, the bathroom is easily accessible, and the receptionists I've dealt with have been polite, friendly, and offer wonderful service. The nurse I've seen has always been pleasant. She's extremely efficient so she doesn't always offer small-talk, but she's nice to my kids and they don't mind coming to appointments.

I'd recommend Bigelow Fowler Clinic East over Bigelow Fowler Clinic South any day. I'm perfectly happy here and won't be seeking a new doc or clinic anytime soon.

Have been here 3 times and saw two different doctors (two different issues), both doctors were amazing. super friendly, and I felt like they really listened. Got in fast, and got my results very fast as well. If I had to pick a fault it would be the receptionists. It's not that they are rude, but they're not overly friendly either. Other than that I would have given it five stars.
