My family moved from BC to SK and Big Steel Box made the process easy and smooth. Kriti made the quotes and payment process super easy on the BC side of things. The driver, Paul, on the SK side put the boxes in the proper spots and took great care not to damage our new concrete driveway as the soil near the driveway was very soft and took precautions to protect it. Thank you Big Steel Box.

Great company to work with, reasonable pricing for a move from BC to Saskatchewan. Saskatoon facility deliveries and pickup on time and dates I requested. Same can be said for the Kamloops operations. Kamloops also offered convenient storage and access while between homes. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Accommodating for deliveries, driver was excellent, helpful and friendly. Sales staff delivered what was promised on time and in a decent price range. Bought a used rental and was in great condition from what I can tell so far.

Using the big steel box to move to Saskatoon SK. was the best decision I ever made.Right from the start the customer service took a lot of stress off me by explaining the process, advising me on how it works and what to expect. Always very patient with answering my concerns as I have not moved for over 54 years.
The Saskatoon branch man who also brought the pod to my farm and delivered it to my new house later, Paul, was very reassuring about finding my farm and delivery time as he had to go on dirt, gravel roads which were muddy, had an inch 1/2 of rain night before , to get here...was spot on. It was so refreshing having someone actually do what they say...I was so impressed by his skill at parking pod in the crowded farm yard and later at my city house. If my fingers were all thumbs, and sometimes they are, my rating would be 10 thumbs up. I highly recommend them. If I ever had to move again I would use them again...thank you Bigsteelbox for taking a whole lot of stress off my move as I had sooo much stuff to go threw that having the container here so my fantastic children, and sister from B.C. could come back and forth when they could get time off from work to help me. Having no time pressure was very good. Thank you to all the patient and knowing staff at bigsteelbox that helped me through this new experience...and may you and your families have a wonderful year... all the best, Gloria
