My son wasn't feeling well and decided to go to this walk-in clinic. From the moment we arrived to when we left our experience was excellent. Receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. Dr. Kayode was fantastic very kind and thorough. The pharmacy team was wonderful fast and efficient and answered all of our questions ! Thank you so much Binbrook Family Health Pharmacy ❤️

I was looking for a new family doctor as my previous one didn't ever pick up the phone and was not very attentive. I started with Dr Kay and he has been amazing. He is caring and doesn't rush you out. The front desk staff does a great job answering the phones and is easy to book an appointment unlike my last doctor. I would highly recommend them. I know there are some bad reviews from before but I have not experienced anything like those.

I was biased by all the bad reviews, but I had no other choice but to take my daughter to be checked up here. We ate ne in town.
Surprisingly, excellent service and short wait.
Dr. Kayode, who joined the clinic not too much ago, was extremely professional and caring. After this first experience, we booked the introductory appointment to become his regular patients. Annual checkup done. Very satisfied

I can't say enough good things about Binbrook Family Health Walk-in Clinic & Home Health Care! The doctors are truly amazing, and the administrative staff, especially Eva, go above and beyond to make your visit pleasant.

One of the things I appreciate the most is the minimum waiting times – they really value your time. The entire staff is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, which makes you feel in safe hands.

It's important to note that any poor reviews from the past were based on old management. The new management has made significant positive changes, and it truly shows in the exceptional care and service they provide.

If you're looking for a top-notch healthcare experience, this is the place to go!

Nurse was kind and attentive, doctor was rude and condescending; also Disregarded one of my major concerns. Would give 0 stars if I could to just the doctor alone. Made me cry. Also the check in process is strange.
Update
Called so get lung x-ray results. Doctor said there's something like a shadow on my lung instead of actually finding out hmmm is this harmless or not his recommendation is comeback and check again in a year. (Note I'm def going to do a CT asap) The receptionist that I called to get this information was very kind and sweet and agreed that it's probably better to be safe then sorry and check it out sooner. So I'll go back on another day with a different doctor.
Original visit update
The original doctor I mentioned earlier I didn't put the details but here they are in the first visit after me explaining I've been quitting smoking to learn to sing (originally bong {weed} switched to dry herb in may still bad but a healthier method and vape {nicotine}) for the last month now almost stopped (gonna by end of this week the rate I'm going to done completely vaping weed stopped {nicotine} vaping 3 weeks ago (1 week before the visit) i had switched to nicotine pouches which I finally quit after only 2 weeks of use. They really helped. I made these things clear and said I have been learning to sing (the thing that's propelled me to take my voice and lungs seriously after years of on and off damage) so I want my voice as good as I can I asked if I can also do a vocal chords test along with the lung test (since my voice is raspy and hurting) he then said no Imma just keep coming back getting tested till it shows up with cancer disregarding me wanting to make change. Completely putting me down just insinuating that I'm gonna die and don't matter. My thought is yes these things ive done are bad but I'm trying to get better why put me down. Also I'm aware of how bad it's been thus why I'm trying to get better there's no need to say it like this just say hey there's are your risks not your gonna get cancer and die. While having the most dismissive and arrogant look on his face. That's when I cried and had left so to hear that he wants me to come back and look at this spot in a year is ridiculous I'll be coming sooner and Imma be looking at my vocal chords which still are uncomfortable. (Also cherry on top he completely forgot to send me to do the bloodwork I asked since I feel unhealthy. He didn't want to be there on top of not even being there it was a virtual call doctor) fingers crossed next doctor at this clinic is attentive I'll update good or bad ❤️

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The doctor sets her schedule week to week, and hardly works- maybe 2-3 hours per day(from 1-3pm). Every time I made an appt they would cancel the day before and would tell me to call back the following Monday to see what days she would be in that week. When asked if I could see the on-site walk in doctor instead they would consistently give me the run around. Your best bet to get is to just walk in and hope for the best as trying to schedule an appt in advance is just a waste of time. This clinic is always dead anyways (probably because of the terrible reviews).

I recently visited this clinic last week due to a back injury. The doctor wasn't there but the pharmacist named George was there and helped me out with some over the counter medication. He called me a few days later to see how I was. During those few days I endured a blood clot in my leg. He urged me to get it checked out and gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him as soon as I got home. I called him that night and he explained medications with me (what I could take and couldn't take). He was very considerate and helpful. I feel that George went above and beyond his job duties and I'm very thankful for that. I'd definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks again!!
