Like others have said, don't go here if you have a disability. They try to get money out of you that clearly you don't have and the glasses I received were terrible. The lenses were foggy and I couldn't see through them at all. Terrible quality. I paid a lot for them even though they were supposed to be covered. So disappointed.

My wife and I were vacationing in Huntsville when she developed an eye issue. Dr. Stager was able to take us in on short notice.

The doctor and staff were friendly, knowlegable, courteous and efficient. We were very pleased with the care delivered.

We would highly recommend Dr. Stager.

I Took my 5 year old son there for his first ever eye exam/prescription glasses. They are AMAZING with kids. So patient and so kind. Very professional and knowledgeable! Also very happy with his glasses and how quick they were made. My son picked out the most expensive pair of frames and instead of the lady just making the sale for $$ , she suggested a lower priced frame ,that also won’t break as easily as the other pair, so I very much appreciated that. Highly recommend!

Awesome service from Dr. Stager I had a piece of metal in my eye which had to be dilled out. The procedure was painless and done right in their office. The staff was friendly and courteous and I can not thank Dr. Stager enough for getting the rusty piece of metal out of my eye. I have and will continue recommending this optometrist their service is second to no one!!! if you could give more stars I would !!!

I went to the office for the first time today, with badly damaged frames. They were very pleasant and fixed them right away.
When I offered to pay, they said it was free of charge. I will definitely go back when I need new glasses!

My experience was fine until I filled my prescription & got my glasses made up. Because of financial reasons I didn't get it filled until the year was nearly up. There was a huge difference in the strength from my old to my new. I went back to Dr. Stager's office & was told I should come back the next day. I accepted the appointment & returned for it the next day. On arrival I told the receptionist I wasn't willing to pay for an examination as I felt the prescription was not right. This was Nov. Of 2024 at which time the government decided to not pay for senior exams any more often than 18 months (it was at the one year point). Dr. Stager reexamined my eyes & asked upon checking my old glasses if these were the ones I brought in the year before. I said yes & he was quite surprised that apparently they didn't reflect what was in my chart. Anyway I got the new script & it still wasn't comfortable. I paid $400. The frustrating part is I kept thinking I would get used to them & I couldn't. They were just too strong. Yesterday I started all over at another optometrist office & was told they are indeed too strong. That cost me $159.00 plus the lenses & frame because your office billed OHIP at the one year point. Sadly I am a senior who cannot really afford this extra cost but for the value of being able to see I will move on from this point. Dr. Stager in the past has been excellent (diagnosed cataracts almost 3 decades ago) but missed the mark on this one. Sorry I just had to share this.

Dr. C. Lutyk was great with my three year old daughter. Fast and friendly. The front end staff were also kind and courteous. My daughter wants to go back already!!

I have been a patient for many years, with Doctor Bjork until he retired, and was assigned a new eye doctor. I booked an appointment months ago and showed up on time April 19th for my appointment. The receptionist looked confused and said I don't have you here. She looked up my name and said you've been moved to the end of June. I asked why was I moved, and was told she was on holiday.
