My family and I were at Banff over the weekend for New Year’s and I was in need of massage as I was experiencing headache from a tight upper back neck and shoulder, and I found this Hidden Gem in Banff. I had a session with Karen and I was very impressed with her technique and deep pressure. Her knowledge and skills has made me feel brand new after the session the pressure from my headache was released. I got to enjoy the slopes with my family. What an excellent experience for our wedding anniversary. The spa itself was beautiful and the guest services staff were friendly and inviting.
We arrived in really early and enjoyed the company of the staffs while waiting. And they served us some tea.
We then met our massage therapists at our massage time where they walked us to our private double bed room. It was beautiful and the massages were so relaxing we both managed to fall asleep. I even heard my husband snore.
We enjoyed the kidless day and are definitely looking forward to our next visit or staycation.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Ian, he definitely knows his techniques! He focused on requested areas, very good bedside manner, he made sure that the pressure was ok and if I was comfortable throughout. I appreciated his skill for sure and felt like a new person after the hot stone & deep tissue massage. This is only 4 star instead of 5 because my appointment was pushed by 15mins and then another 15 minutes, after my arriving a few minutes early. Although, Aimee did text me and let me know as soon as she could that things were delayed, so I was not upset.
I appreciated the heads up from Aimee and then the attentiveness by Ian throughout the massage. I'll definitely be back in the new year. Thank you Ian and Aimee!

BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, CONSIDER THIS.

We initially booked for 6 PM, but later received a call asking us to move it to 7 PM, which was acceptable.
We arrived early to wait for our 7PM appointment. At around 6:50 PM, after completing some forms, a staff member told us, without explanation, that only my father and I should follow her. When I asked if this was because my mother needed a separate changing room, I was then informed that although two massage therapists were present, one was late, so the other would need to wait for about 15 minutes.

I asked if my parents could start first, and after bringing them in, the staff suddenly connected me with her manager by phone. The manager explained that the two therapists available had an 8 PM appointment, so one of us would have to start 15 minutes late and finish 15 minutes late. We were told that “otherwise, it would affect the next customer.” Are we, as paying customers, supposed to accept delays and be inconvenienced while our service is compromised? It’s completely unacceptable. We are paying the same amount for our massages and should not be penalized for staff issues. While staff may occasionally be late, is this really what a manager should be saying? It’s utterly ridiculous.

When I asked what would happen if we didn’t want separate massages, the manager replied, “WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING THEN.”

While delays and reservation issues are understandable, the way we were treated was dismissive and unprofessional.

What an incredible experience! If you’re visiting Banff, head to the mountain and then book a group massage of 6people at the same time at this place - you will not regret it. All the staffs are friendly and kind. our therapists Karen, Dante, Ian, Momo , Mary Ann and Jona are highly skilled with their techniques. We highly recommend this place and will definitely go back again while in the Rockies.

What a beautiful place and right in the heart of downtown Banff! My friend and I booked a massage with Dante and Karen
I highly recommend their techniques. Been to several places and we can say this is the best we've ever had. very clean and we will be back on our next visit

One of the best massages I’ve had. Janet was amazing. She knows the muscles that need to be stretched and massaged and really did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend!
