Had two plain 6mm mirrors cut by them, the craftsmanship of the final product was excellent. I am critiquing their professionalism delivery policies and market pricing which were all exhorbitantly substandard. I purchased from the 2 C chrome channels that I installed prior to delivery. On the first delivery the 2 men brought the 2 mirrors up to the bathroom on the second floor; they removed it from the paper and attempted to place the 70 inch mirror onto the ledge where I had pre siliconed the wall but it would not fit so it was returned with them to be cut to fit and re-deliver. They removed the second mirror from the paper said they had a policy to take pictures of the mirror prior to leaving the customer's home. On the second delivery they said that they were told not to help me lift the mirror onto the ledge as management said that was termed installation.Their policy of unwrapping and taking a picture of the mirrors had also changed as they didn't do that either. Their instalation regimen includes placing sliding clips and does not included gluing. Because this is a wall to wall mirror, there was no room for their clips, so no installation could be done by them. Delivery to the installation site was paid for( $192). A 70 inch x30 beveled mirror at a local HD costs $100 less then the plain mirror they produced. The C chrome channels are $25 at HD for 96" while Blondeel charged me $ 41 for 70" and $22 for 37". I now also know why they would not unwrap and take a pic of the mirrors on their second trip as the larger mirror had small glass chips in the wrapper. I installed it thinking it would not show but as the pic shows, it's noticeable nevertheless. I complained to the secretary regarding my dissatisfaction with the inplace delivery refusal and she transfered me to a man who said I hadn't paid for installation just for delivery and lifting the mirror to the ledge was considered installation. So we beg to differ..i had installed in place the C trough and prepared the wall with silcone; all this 70 year old customer was asking is for the 2 young men to place the mirror on the ledge as they had done on their previous delivery..This experience with Blondeel has been a disaster all around; exorbitant pricing and poor customer service, changing policies to suit their needs all add up to an extremely dissatisfied customer who will not ever recommend this company to anyone.

Refused service claiming we had a job done by them and switched companies to Erie Glass. I have never heard of either company until being referred to Blondeel by another door company that didn’t deal with that type of door.

Worked out okay. Called this Erie glass place and they had it fixed at lunch time. So I guess thank you Blondeel for telling me about Erie glass.

i recently ordered two replacement pieces of glass from Blondeel without first checking with competitors; i find now that the competitor company can install the same glass for less than half the price quotes from Blondeel. when asked about this -- their response was ' we cannot do anything about that. Buyer beware and always get a comparison quote!! would NOT recommend buying from Blondeel.
