The situation is becoming increasingly difficult to manage. The new staff members are not answering calls consistently, and when they do, they often ask to wait on hold atleast 10 minutes. While I understand that the clinic may be busy, this has become a recurring issue. Previously, the other staff member handled it efficiently, returning calls promptly and making it easy to schedule appointments with the doctor. The doctor provides excellent care, but the challenge lies in the staff’s ability to manage communications effectively.

I don’t know how’s making these reviews? Can’t be legit patients . I’m sitting here now well past 2 hours. Reception is unprofessional. I just got into a room and more waiting . Waiting is to be expected of course many sick people . But the place is filthy and not up to code. See photos. This is more like an office for a mechanic. I’m fearing the medical is going to be sub par. I will send another review after I get looked at.

I love blue ridge walk in clinic, the doctors secretaries were good to me on different occasions meeting 2 different secretaries. How they talk was very pleasant to me.

My first visit to Blue Ridge, arrived a few minutes after opening. At least 9 people already waiting. My wait was about a hour which is reasonable for the number of people ahead of me. Receptionist was polite. The doctor was thorough, patient, polite and seemed caring. He gave recommendations based on his training and expertise however allowed me to choose.
Pharmacy staff were extremely friendly and helpful ad well.
It was a great visit.

I cannot recommend this clinic. The operating hours are inconsistent and often change without notice. During my visit today, the waiting area was packed, and I joined a line with two others. The receptionist got up without a word and wandered down the hallway, casually checking empty rooms with no sense of urgency. Her demeanor suggested she had no interest in being there. After waiting for about 15 minutes and no sight of her, I left in frustration.

I highly recommend this medical clinic. The doctor is very attentive and dedicated, maintaining frequent contact with patients, which provides a strong sense of support. The clinic operates with low wait times, and the staff members are both communicative and caring. The on-site pharmacy is excellent, always well-stocked with the necessary medications. I would recommend this clinic to everyone 🙂

Waited an hr and a half watched multiple people (8) see the doctor before me even tho I was their an hr and a half before them the receptionist sat on the phone while the line up grew longer … was much smoother with the old staff “doctors great”

I'm going to he dropping and editing a lot of reviews on a lot of healthcare places this next little bit. But I'd like to start here. Between a family doctor, 3 hospitals and a walkin clinic, this place got me a referral to a smart doctor who actually gives a damn, in an appropriate time.

I think it was wrong referral, but my symptoms at that time pointed in that direction
