Best Clinic ever. Reception girls are very friendly and accommodating. Sometimes it’s hard to get through but it is a very busy Clinic. Dr. David is the best doctor ever caring and has no problem ordering tests or calling in a specialist if he has concerns, 5 star clinic.

I have referred quite a few people here after being referred by my boyfriend and I regret taking his referral as well as referring people. You can not get a hold of reception and when you’re finally forced to go in with your issue in person it’s quite clear why they don’t respond, they are way over booked and way under staffed. Today I was finally forced to go in for my son’s vaccination records so he’s not suspended from school. Despite waiting patiently in line not once but twice the receptionists was rude. Yes I understand I should have my son’s little yellow card but he’s 12 now and hasn’t had a vaccination in years, or ever in brantford. I have been through multiple life events, divorce, house fire, the list goes on and the little yellow card was lost. The amount of rude was completely unacceptable especially considering I have been trying to get ahold of them for days via any other means besides showing up in person so they wouldn’t have the added pressure of doing the task right then and there. All of my other suggestions like giving Brant public health their information because they have my son’s records were also met with rudeness. If you’re looking for a family doctor yes they are accepting new patients, should they be clearly not.

We switched to this office a little while ago. They have been amazing. The staff has been incredible with our children and our doctor has been a blessing to have. I'm verry glad we changed to to this doctor.

First of all, their office quite literally NEVER answers the phone. You can not get through to them and they also don’t call you for follow up appointments or to confirm appointments with specialists. I was refused prenatal bloodwork and told “it’s too early in my pregnancy” (this is completely untrue and it’s actually best done right away). To them you are just another number. I had Dr.Samina and felt entirely unheard and unsupported. I would not trust her whatsoever she came across completely uneducated and it’s honestly concerning.

Reception sucks don't NEVER answers phones doesnt have a voice mail box, forget to call you for specialist appts this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES, they won't refill a script over the phone you must make an appt to do so. Doctor googles everything right in front of you and doesn't examine you if you come in with something that should be palpated/ felt ...

Never ever answered any of my call …i had to visit them with my newborn and i tried them calling multiple times but never heard from them …its truly unprofessional and would try to find another family doctor for our family … stop working if u can not respond and care about your patients … not recommended at all

I don't about the other people but with me they have been the best. Yes they might not answer the phone all the time but what I do it's just pass by there and make my appt in person no problem. I have been in many clinics and with many doctors but Dr. David has been awesome and treated me like a person not just a $$$ signs. People need to be more understanding because that kind of service they bring shouldn't be take from granted. Just saying!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Can not get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. No answering machine to leave a message, nothing. The appointment form on your website does not work. It continues to say my email is invalid no matter what email I use. I have 2 kids under 5 that need to see a doctor and have regular appointments. If you guys can not handle it, Do not accept so many patients? This is ridiculous
