Dr. Botha, l owe this man my life literally. He was the Dr. on call at the Cold Lake Hospital emergency the Sunday morning l was brought in by ambulance after suffering a fatal total blockage heart attack, had it not been for Dr. Botha and his staffs fast work at saving my life, and making sure l was completely stabalized before being airlifted by jet to edmonton... You all are always on my mind especially on November 22nd 2015 the morn l was brought in. I had 2 other encounters with him after this and he helped me when no one else could with medicare problem. He is a Dr. that actually cares and shows his concerns for his patients and acts more like your friend than just your Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Botha to anyone that would be fortunate enough to have him as their Dr. and friend, he will always be in my heart and prayers. Rudest receptionist, she asked for my alberta health care number, told me noone existed by that number, also made fun of my name referring to me as ivy even though I spelled my name out to her, told me i am wrong to call and ask to book an appointment that I am to ask first if the doctor is accepting new patients was momentarily hung up on.
