Do not consign or deal with this dealer. Unprofessional, do not return your calls .
Promised a set price, then lowered to said price without notifying me. Boat did not sell and they asked for 600 dollars to store at their lot. When advised I would store myself, they still charged me 250 for "marketing fees". Found boat cover to be ripped after pick up, mold growing on carpets. Boat completely filthy. Clearly no respect for their customers or their property

Terrible experience. Bought a used trailer after seeing online. Spoke to salesman on the phone about purchase price and details. Was told 'this unit is mint condition nicest one I've ever seen'. We are from quite a ways out of town the guy calls back and says ill get my driver to meet you in Bonneville with the trailer. We drive 4 hours to Bonneville, get a call from the driver saying oh sorry had more stops to make ill meet you in lac la biche instead. So he was using our trailer to deliver his own equipment... back tracked another 2 hrs to lac la biche. Driver is 2 hours late and meets us in a snowstorm. Salesman calls oops forgot to charge GST now we owe them another 1500 bucks before they release the trailer. We look over the trailer, not a single outside light is working, there are two holes punched in the wall presumably from the clueless driver smashing equipment around inside. We fixed the lights on the side of the road and towed the unit home. Came to find even more damage the next day seeing it in daylight. A hole was punched through the outside wall of the trailer and covered up with a vent. Trim was ripped off the ramp, none of the interior lights worked, found more holes and patches on the walls. Took a bunch of pictures and texted and called the sales guy multiple times and got completely ghosted. Do not buy from here.

EDIT: The owner response to my review below is absolutely laughable. His exact words were this trailer is like brand new one of the nicest I've ever seen... we had no idea you were using our PAID FOR trailer to bomb around and deliver your own equipment for hours while your dum dum driver called us and rescheduled the pickup time and location multiple times. You cost us an extra 100 dollars in fuel and about 4 hours extra driving. We ended up getting the unit in the middle of a snowstorm 930 at night. We just wanted to get home and get it overwith. The lights 1000% did not work, because your driver was towing our unit without it even being plugged into his truck. (Good job towing a giant black trailer at night with zero lights, lucky he didn't get smashed into) The trailer plug was completely full of ice from dragging on the highway. I had to stick it in the tail pipe of my truck for 10 mins just to thaw it out. This is when we discovered the ground strap was missing off the frame and clearly had been off the whole time (could see the witness marks). I have since had to completely rewire the majority of the trailer lights, replace the rats nest of wiring in the breakaway box, full of garbage scotch lock connectors AND wire in the interior lights and switches from scratch. I don't know who your techs are, but I wouldn't let them work on my wheel barrow.

We didn't catch most of the interior damage right away due to the interior lights all having the power wires cut off, and all we had was our phones. The next day we took pictures of all the damages we found and texted Dane immediately and even to this day have never gotten a response. We picked up he trailer on February 5th, my text to dane with pictures about the first round of damages we found was the next day February 6th. So it was not 'sometime afterwards' that we expressed concerns it was less than 24hrs. In the meantime I've found even MORE damage, mainly the front of the frame where the hitch is welded on being all smashed in. Perhaps you should cover your employees costs for eye exams.

This trailer was not priced at a discount AT ALL, in fact we paid a premium compared to others on the market believing the sales guy when he said this trailer is mint condition. The trailer is a 2019 model so I have no idea why the guy is claiming it has 10 or 15 years of wear and tear and we should just deal with it, perhaps math isn't his strong suit.

I have pictures and texts to back up every claim I am making and if anybody wants them I will send them to you. Do not buy from these greasy scam artists. I would give a negative star review if it was possible.

I sold my surf boat through Bow Ridge Sports and had a great experience overall. Dane was easy to work with and delivered on all that he promised. There were a few repairs required in order to sell the boat and they charged a fair price and closed the deal in a timely manner.

I was looking for a used John Deere Tractor to use on my property in BC. Looked for quite a while on FB Marketplace and listings were way overpriced or were too good to be true and those were scammers from Guatemala, Tahiti... with fake profiles.
Luckily I found Bow Ridge Sports who had exactly what I was looking for. Price was fair and description of the tractor was as described. Dane was very good at communicating and quick to reply to my questions. He even was able to deliver it to me at my home on the mountain.
Best regards.
Dave.

Charged me 500$ to remove and install an aftermarket bumper, allegedly took over 3 hours to do….

My buddy bought the exact same bumper decided to do it himself first time he has ever worked on a sled put a timer on and did it in his single car garage in the cold in the winter in 1.5 hours.

Pretty ridiculous a guy with 0 mechanical experience was able to do it in half the time as a licensed shop.

Was out on the adventure bike on Saturday and picked up a nail in my rear tire. Called the shop and luckily they had the right size tube for my bike. They fixed me up in a little over an hour to get me back on the road. I appreciate you guys taking time away from your planned work to get my unplanned blowout fixed up. Price was good and service was great. Thanks again. Very much appreciated

I'm not one to typically write bad reviews but there was a sign at the service counter encouraging people to write a review, so here goes. I'm guessing I won't get the promised $15 for the review. I took my boat in for what should have been a fairly simple outboard repair. I had the exact same issue a number of years ago and it was fixed in under a week by a different dealer. Bow Ridge had my boat for over 5 weeks, causing me to lose the entire summer with it. Communication was non existent and promised calls were rarely returned. Finally, after about 4 weeks, I was told the problem was diagnosed and it would take a few days to get parts and I was quoted around $380 which I approved. I went to pick my boat up today and was handed a bill for $880. Obviously, I questioned it and after some discussion the best they could do was $572.95 despite the bill clearly showing the repair itself was only $380. I reluctantly paid it.

During the course of the over 5 weeks, I did have a couple conversations with Brett and it was obvious that they did not have the proper facilities nor diagnostic equipment to fix my motor but at around the 4 week mark they invested in some equipment. I just wish they'd told me in the beginning that they were ill equipped to deal with it so I could have taken in elsewhere and not lost the entire summer but I wanted to support a local business that assured me they could fix it. When I picked it up today, a gentleman behind the counter tried to make some excuses, even though he had no knowledge of what transpired with my boat. At first he tried to blame parts being slow to arrive but that only took three days. Then he tried to blame the problem not being repeatable for the technician but it was 100% repeatable and once they took the boat to the lake, around week three or four, they agreed there was a problem. I think he should have stayed out of the conversation as he had zero knowledge of the details and only served to escalate the situation. I'd like to know what happened during the first three or four weeks my boat was there. I was promised it would be looked at a few days after it was dropped off.

Throughout the over five weeks, Brett assured me that he'd look after me for all the inconvenience. I guess adding $500 to the bill was his idea of looking after me. I'm a big supporter of using local businesses but this experience was totally unprofessional and they have lost my business forever. Proceed at your own caution.

Edit... I received a call from the owner today and he demanded I remove this review and was extremely rude and told me to never come in his shop again. I will happily comply. And yes I did have an appointment 🙂
