Mariko has great technique and able to give me a deep tissue massage with enough pressure for my preference. I trusted her professionalism and gentle nature enough that I made an appointment for my young daughter who had been asking to try a massage.

Deborah is a very knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapist.
She is an athlete herself, and understands the drive to be pain-free, to be as active as you want to be, and be ready for anything daily life throws at you.
Her diagnostic skills are great. She will listen carefully to what you can tell her about your issue, and she will then take the time to do a thorough full-body assessment to ensure an accurate diagnosis.
She is good at figuring out the root cause of pain, and helping correct movement patterns and body alignment to get rid of the pain and restore function. She uses targeted and efficient manipulations, and gives specific and achievable home exercises.
She is also skilled at dry needling (IMS). I went to her once with a completely seized neck and upper trap on my left side, and she got me back moving and pretty much pain-free in one emergency session of needling.
I have been to many physios, having always been active and lived in a lot of different places, and Deborah is one of the best I have been to. I recommend her to everyone who asks me if I know a good physio.

I recently had another incredible experience with Mariko, she is so amazing at what she does! From the moment I walked in, I could feel that she truly cares about my well-being. She took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned were bothering me, ensuring that each session was personalized to my needs. Her technique is exceptional, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed.

This was my second time receiving a facial massage, and I have to admit, it’s one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. The products she uses feel so luxurious on the skin, and the scents are incredibly soothing. The head massage was the icing on the cake.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend her more. 5/5 stars without a doubt. Won't be going anywhere else for my massages.
