They quoted me one price and then charged me way more. It may have been cheaper to buy a whole new window. It was a basment window. Will not be using them again.

Was trying to place a time sensitive order 2 weeks ago, on the initial call I was told the order, once confirmed after a home visit and measurement, would take up to 4 weeks to fulfill which is ok, I conveyed the urgency of the order and they promised to visit, however, after that followed up 3 times each time a gentleman named M* promised to do the measurements soon (like “this afternoon”) and call me back to give me the confirmation of order but never did. I understood they are busy, but all they need to do was to tell me that so I can try another business. Now All I got from this interaction with them is wasted 2 weeks and my project is now in jeopardy

I am disappointed with the customer service of this company. I support local every chance I get. I placed an order for one piece of glass on Dec 30th and never heard back when it would be ready for pick up in the new year. I called back regularly for weeks, no answer and never received a call. I eventually placed the order with Orillia Glass and Mirror and it was ready for pick up after two days. I learned from the Orillia store that the Bracebridge location was on reduced hours due to covid and I can appreciate the challenges that businesses are experiencing because of covid, but at this point it's been almost three months which is unreasonable.

I broke the side mirror on our RV, and didn't want to go through the trouble or expense of ordering a new one from the manufacturer.

I popped the other side mirror off (it was also cracked), took it into Bracebridge Windows Glass & Mirror, and they cut me two new ones while I waited, for $6 each. Way better solution, and we can get the RV back on the road right away!
