Pretty terrible place. Family member got discharged from hospital after an extensive surgery and the doctors sent us clear instructions that we require daily checkups and wound cleaning. Tell me why the nurses tell us that these tasks can be done at home by a family member instead of us coming to this clinic. Super unprofessional, behavior you would not expect in this type of field where you're supposed to be treating, caring, looking out for your patients. Reception isn't the kindest as well but not really surprising. We had no choice to come here already excited for when we don't have to come here anymore.

We’ve been coming for 3 days and 2/3 have been horrible. The nurse Remy or Remi got annoyed and rude that a family member was joining in on an appointment when the other two days it was perfectly fine by the other nurses. The patient can’t speak much and there’s also language barrier, so I’m not sure why it was an issue on day 3. It was extremely rude the way she spoke to us. Also, another nurse mentioned that we shouldn’t even be coming… excuse me. This is what our surgeon referred us for and it’s such a horrible experience. Would never recommend especially for elderly people.

First of all, there is usually no person at the front desk to call on or to speak to a manager. No one greets you, you just wait. The place perpetually smells dirty and like cigarettes. in two different rooms the tables had dark red matter spilt onto the table covers, it looked like blood though I am praying it was just iodine but it is telling of the poor sanitary conditions within the facility.

Moreover, my actual experience was absolutely horrific. Pawandeep , the nurse who was supposed to take care of my wound, didn’t answer any of my questions. She was loudly berating me as I was sobbing through the pain of procedure because I “wasn’t doing my job” and helping her. She said it over and over again completely ignoring that I’m in severe pain as she forced her way into the wound, despite asking her to give me a moment to calm down, she persisted. The previous nurse never needed my help because she was competent enough to complete it herself. Pawandeep repeatedly said it’s my fault I’m in pain because again I was not “doing my job” and helping her hold the wound, completely ignoring the fact that I’m in agony. I left the clinic in more pain than when I entered. I had to go to urgent care instead because I feared an infection from a place with questionable sanitary conditions and just the aggressive way she handled my wound. She is supposedly the most experienced, which makes me extremely fearful since she dressed it worse than her peer. Margaret, despite all, was patient and understanding but I simply refuse to return there.

I can’t believe they have people who have absolutely no patience or empathy, Pawandeep’s aggressive and unprofessional behaviour has no place in a clinic, where you’re aiding people in pain. I never felt so demeaned before and helpless since she’s handling my wound. My pain worsened on top of this ordeal. Treat people like human beings or get out of the public sector, she’s a threat to people’s health and safety. To top that off she mocked me when I told her my occupation, laughing as she asked what I would do if she saw people I take care of in pain or if they were hurt because I couldn’t deal with my pain. I would treat them with compassion and not direct them to incompetence as I was clearly led. Just utterly cruel.

Ridiculous wait times, even with appointment. Front desk is unprofessional, not keen on booking next appointment….will tell u to call and nobody picks up.
Nurses r still better compared to front desk and smelly tiny waiting area.

Been a regular visitor to Brampton Nursing Care since 2020 for my wound care. Nurses are professional. Just read review for Pawandeep..Outrageous! I know this nurse for last two years and she is treating me, not only Pawandeep is professionally impecable with her years of experience but has a BIg Heart where she shows genuine concern and ampathy. She truly sets a benchmark for nursing care and Canadian Medical Care Standards. Bravo!

I cannot say enough about the care and the level of professionalism that I experienced at this clinic from start to finish. The wait was never long, the nurses were pleasant and knowledgeable.
Special thanks to Marlena, the Intake Coordinator and also to Nurse Bilan who attended to me on my last 3 visits and gave me valuable advice before discharge.

Today I called to try and have an IV line re-sited. I explained to the Indian lady on the other end of the phone after holding for 15 min. Told her I tried to flush the line at night and the fluid came right out, she said sorry we don’t have any appointments, you can go to urgent care. I was told by the staff, including the manager if the line ever gets compromised or damaged, to come in and have the line re-sited. She was super rude, unprofessional and didn’t know how to talk. She knew less of the operation than I did. She shouldn’t be answering the phone if she cannot deal with people that are already ill. I asked if she would take liability for missing another dose of medication as she was suggesting me waiting till tomorrow, she said “why would I take responsibility”. I said “why would you suggest something like that then”. She couldn’t answer. There needs to be better screening, training and evaluation when hiring for these OHIP funded clinics to ensure people are taken care of. I have missed one dose yesterday night, one today and will only get my antibiotics after 36 hrs ?

The Indian lady said to me she never heard of me and that she handles everyone that comes through there, I’ve been there 3 times and never met her.

I also mentioned to her that two nurses from her clinic mentioned that I should never miss a dose. That if ever my IV line was somehow compromised or damaged to come right away and talk to someone and have it corrected. Guess what this lady said about that? She said tell me there names, I’m going to report them and have time fired. She would rather get rid of the staff at the already understaffed clinic than to let someone help a patient in need of it.

She did not value my time or the system’s time. Imagine someone who doesn’t know their rights, they would just say okay and move on. She told me to go to the hospital or urgent care to flood the already saturated hospitals. I would have to register, go through triage, get checked by the doctor and only to be given a new pick line when this clinic could easily do that within 5 minutes. Even if it was at the end of the day, I’d be willing to come in, rather than having to sit through 6 hrs at urgent care or 10 at the hospital. Because of the clinic staff I’ve already gone to the ER twice before. This time I wasn’t having it because the nurses told me to come. I thought I’d be courteous by letting them know, so I called. Instead I was met with hostility and no compassion. Just a miserable and use lady who has never been a part of the system, I never wish it on someone but maybe it doesn’t matter until you are in the situation.

Being sick with a fever, my arm is swollen and I’ve been out of it for almost 8 days, the 10 minutes I spent arguing over just getting a pick line put in with her, she could have been dealing with other people that called. Instead she chose to sit on the phone and argue.

She could have just made me feel better by saying hang on, let me see what I can do. Whether she actually was able or even went and tried, would make me feel 10 times better. Instead she was super arrogant and rude, no suggestions just immediate rejection. She felt proud of it too. She should not be sitting on the other side of the phone if she cannot talk to patients dealing with health issues with some bit of respect or comfort.

I have had over 200 staff that work under me at a transport company and would never let any person working with me or my team talk as this person was. Customer service should let people like they have someone to talk to or just feel like they mean something, not just a number.

I felt like I didn’t matter, that my health was just another walk in and that I’m not valued as a human. I want her to be held accountable incase something happens and I want a manager to follow up.

Respond to this and provide a number so I can contact someone. This cannot be overlooked. My health cannot be compromised.
