Brandon Mobility customer service is above and beyond. When our son was fighting cancer in Winnipeg and unable to walk, Brandon mobility was quick to get him the right wheelchair and all the supportive equipment he needed at home before we were discharged. They made the process simple and took so much off our plate. I will forever be thankful for their compassion and services during such a hard time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing mobility support.

When we found out my father-in-law was palliative, we wanted to have him spend his last days at home. The team at Brandon Mobility worked to help us gather the supplies we needed in order to move him back home. Thanks to their prompt service, we were able to spend his final few weeks together, with everything we needed to care for him. We will forever be thankful to Bas, Amy and their staff for helping our family during such a stressful time.

The staff at Brandon Mobility ensured we were able to provide my father-in-law with the best possible comfort as he moved into his new home. The store had a variety of chair options and we were able to choose one that suited his size (he’s a small man) and his needs (he loves the heated seat option). We rented a mobility scooter to assist my mom to join us for some hiking in the Whiteshell. The scooter worked great for that however it also came in handy for assisting a gentleman who was having a medical incident. We were able to use the scooter to transport him to the trailhead which was about 500 m from where he had collapsed. Thanks Brandon Mobility.

Horrible, purchased a bath lift opened box, had no instructions , the controller was used, scratched on front and back, label was peeled away. It was already used, was not new. I would never buy a single thing from this place. The lady was rude who was dealing with us.
