I have so many good things to say about this hospital and the staff, but most especially about my birthing experience. I have had 2 babies here and the experience has only gotten better each time. A big shout out to the nurses who delivered my baby on July 2nd 2024 @1:06am, the care I was given was just exceptional-you guys are amazing, God bless your hearts. There is a particular nurse( I can’t believe I forgot her name :(. I have honestly never seen a nurse as caring as her. She did something (it’s private so I won’t go into the details) for me which i don’t think any nurse will ever do especially without being asked. I was really shocked. If she reads my comment, she will recognize herself as she even came to the pp section the next day just to say hi to us before starting her shift. My dear if you read this, know I will forever be grateful for all you did.
I am sure you extend this same love n care to all your patients and for that, I pray the Lord blesses you abundantly 🙏.

Over all, to all the staff at BCHS, I say a very big thank you. You all are amazing starting all the way from the ER. Against all odds, you all still mange to provide us with the care we need.

I was in and out in 8 hours. Only jad to wait on the ambulance gurney for 3 hours before a bed was ready for me. And the nurse's and Doctor's were amazing.

This by far is one of the worst hospitals i have seen and been to. If your loved one is passing away I do not recommend you bring them here!!! If you are in health care your self they will jump for your loved one if you have no idea about Healthcare you will fall between the cracks!!!!! There was one amazing nurse on the whole floor of floor 8 and her name starts with an A..... other then that they staff feel short of kind caring compassionate, they do not change the patients they leave food in their mouths if they can't swallow.... same with medication..... this hospital turned my stomach!!! Has some one in health care who deal with patients who pass every day I 100% recommend if your family is passingget them to a hospice not this hospital..

My husband a severe respiratory issue and severe leg and back pain. He was told to go to D wing at 21.00 for an MRI. He parked and there was no one there and it was not open. He had to walk all the way up the hill to get in. He was told to go there by the woman who phones re MRI. It caused him a great deal of pain and distress. If I was there alone as a woman I would have been most uneasy. Perhaps get you instructions clearer.

Sister had extreme abdominal pain, sweating requiring 911 call. Taken to emergency and over a span of 9/10 hours IV,Blood work/xray. No doctor until around 7:30 am . ( Thank the dear Lord that it was 'not' an abdominal aneurysm ). Visit to family physician showed results from the emerg blood work, let alone xray, along with the patient symptoms were indicative of further assessment needed. Fortunately , issue has somewhat resolved itself and follow up with family physician ( done few days later) is requiring surgical assessment and further testing ie CT. Not a good experience even though the Nurses did their best. Paramedics were great. Emerg Doctor totally off base but in some fairness to him had worked all night apparently being the only Dr. on duty. Not a total excuse , in this case, for an incompetent assessment.

Excellent all across the board great staff ...great volunteers...great doctors...perfect experience for day surgery...only one issue was with preop nurse was not great at withdrawing blood ...Dr. Drakos is a very special man takes great care of his patients and his team were all great as well...cant say enough

The care I recently received in the emergency department at BGH was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

The lady who answers calls regarding pregnancy is one of the rudest most uneducated and ignorant human beings I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
