Dr. Harrison is the best!!!
Always very friendly and professional and takes the time to answer all your questions. They have the most recent sought after brands and styles in frames! Staff always friendly and accommodating. Kim helped me pick out frames from the thousands they have on their shelves. She very helpful and didn’t rush me. Brant Family Eye Care is not happy until you are! I highly recommend this business!

Fast, affective, and caring every time I’ve been to this location or the Paris location the service of the staff and doctors has been nothing less than stellar. They all care deeply and are committed to the health of your eyes! The doctors there are also professional and dedicated, I had a stunning experience yesterday with Dr. Matters! Visited for my son, daughter and myself. Exams were very thorough and informative. My son purchased and received his glasses in less than a week. The selection of eyewear is large and the staff is so helpful

The staff go above and beyond to be helpful, especially when it comes to my daughters. We are always treated so well, and even when something is clearly our fault, they problem solve with us. I really appreciate their level of customer service. We've been going here as a family for 20 years and experienced everything from post-surgery eye care, to glasses, and now to contacts. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

It’s extremely unprofessional to change my appointment the day of when I’ve had this booked for 6 months now. I received a text msg day of with a different time. When I got here she said it’s not a big deal that I’m early. No I came early for my original appointment so that makes me extra early for the changed time. On top of this they are backed up. She also said there’s no chairs for me and my daughter and I stood there for 25 mins with no acknowledgement then went to the back and saw 6 chairs open. I’ve been bringing my kids here since they were young. It’s unfortunate but I will be finding a different place. Stop over booking and stop wasting peoples time!!!!

Our family have been long-time customer's. It's always a pleasure to be well looked after at every visit. We popped in today to pickup my son's glasses and Kim Vo was fantastic! All staff members are very knowledgeable and the Doctor's are fantastic!
