I’ve been having ingrown toenail issues for about a year now. They have been affecting my everyday life. (Sports, school, etc). My first visit was at the hospital. My right toe was so bad I could hardly walk. So they fixed it up but it was probably the worst pain I have ever been in. And a month later, it came back. So I had my first visit at the podiatrist and everyone there is super nice. I went there about 3 to 4 times and then my other toe started to get ingrown to. So I got the surgery for both my right and left toe which was 2 weeks ago now. On the day of my surgery, I had Mark Bradley take care of me. He was very nice and walked through how it was going to go. He always made sure I was ok. I enjoyed getting to know him and enjoyed talking to him as well. He’s a great person. The pain was no ways near as bad as it was compared to the hospital. The needles were almost painless!! These people are professionals and know what they are doing. I was very comfortable. I’m still healing but I can’t thank them enough for an almost painless process. I wanna thank Mark especially as well for getting these fixed up. I don’t want any young kid or any person in general to be scared of getting their ingrowns operated on I definitely recommend this place for anyone. 5 stars.

Navraj Sekon treated my husband yesterday. His patience with my husbands tremoring due to Parkinson's was outstanding. He is one of the finest people you could meet. He takes good care of your feet, but also has you leaving feeling better in every way.

I've never been to a surgeon, I've never had any kind of doctor treatment until I had an ingrown toenail. Nav was incredibly nice and patient with me. He walked me through every step, hid the surgery from me and allowed my partner to sit in the room with me while I had it done. 10/10 would surge again

I've been seeing Nav for a month for a 2 month long terribly ingrown toenail. Every single visit he's made me feel like I'm in good hands, and that everything was under control. He always takes the time that is needed to address each patient, even when it's busy, never rushing things. The reception and nursing staff were absolutely phenomenal, and super nice! I mainly had Ashley, who always kept the mood light and positive, consistently making me smile and laugh while going about her tasks. Absolute role models for a medical establishment, they deserve awards, keep it up guys!

My experience at Brantford Podiatry has been nothing short of amazing. Marilyn, Mark and their staff are professional, courteous, accommodating and very humble. They treat you like part of their family from the moment you meet. They take time to listen to your concerns and then work WITH you to formulate a care plan to suit your needs. They never rush your appointment or time with you. There is always laughter and smiles at each visit, stories shared and the best foot care possible. The office is spotlessly clean, and appointments are always on time. The office staff are kind, cheerful and pleasant on the phone when they call to remind you of your appointment. If you call the office the staff are quick to answer or get back to you.
Marilyn is our primary chiropodist and she has taken care of issues for us such as warts and ingrown toenails. She explains the mechanics behind our issues and explains why treatments do or do not work (there are a lot of myths out there!) Marilyn also fitted my whole family with orthotics, again explaining why orthotics can not be made from just stepping into a foam mold box. Her technology is top notch to fit us with the best orthotics. Our knee and alignment issues have gone away! Marilyn has also helped my elderly mother manage her plantar fasciitis, with orthotics and proper footwear. Now my mother can enjoy walking on the beach in Florida again! Thank you Marilyn! What a rarity to find healthcare professionals who actually want to spend time listening to your needs, to give you the best treatment, and who remember you from visit to visit. If you are looking for someone to help you with your foot care needs, look no further.

Great Chiropodist! Nav is a very knowledgeable and caring specialist. In all the 20 yrs of wearing orthotics, never have I met a true professional like Nav. Explains every detail, and is in no hurry to sell you orthotics. Bring your boots or shoes and all your old orthotics so he can understand the problem clearly.
My work boots were half the problem right away. Two visits and happy feet again. 👍

Nav & Mark removed a cyst from the sole of my foot 😢. They explained every step of the procedure and made sure I experienced zero discomfort. Seven days later the stitches came out, amazing walking around without the cyst 😊😄. The entire staff are professional and friendly.
