My wife had an appointment for a scan recently, scheduled right after the clinic's lunch break. We made sure to arrive 10 minutes early, but found the doors still locked, so we waited in our car in the parking lot. Unfortunately, we were not aware when the doors had been unlocked and ended up entering about 3 minutes late. Upon reaching the reception, we were informed that we were too late, and the next patient had already been taken in. Although we offered to wait for the next available slot that day, our appointment was rescheduled for a month later instead.

We had initially waited 5 weeks to secure our first appointment, so being delayed just 3 minutes and then being asked to wait another month was disappointing.

As a suggestion, if timeliness is crucial, it might be helpful to ensure that patients are not locked out, especially during known appointment times like right after lunch.

If I had a chance for No ⭐ option I would give that.

These folks are the best for having an ultrasound done. Kind and gentle. Also, they try to get you an appointment in a timely fashion.

Worst experience ever!! I was late by 2 mins and they shut their door. Mentioned that you were late by 7 mins. Doesn’t make sense as I am driving from Hamilton just for ultrasound. Never ever recommend!! Worst staff ever I have seen. Rude lady on call even she hasn’t listened to me or not even my wife’s situation. Don’t book your appointment here!!! Find something else. As you have to wait for the appointment first then they will reschedule your appointment if you are late. Staff will laugh on you from inside and won’t even allow you to enter into building.

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful counter staff. Don’t bother trying to call to reschedule an appointment or inform you’ll be late - they won’t answer the phone anyways! And then you’ll be turned away when you arrive because you missed your appointment and didn’t call to change it!I get better service when I go to a fast food joint run by high school kids. This business is a literal joking matter. Reading other reviews I can see it is a constant problem after problem with this place. Other saying they’ve been refused because they brought a child with them? Every single time I have gone with a child and not once been turned down

Sadly I did forget my paper work. And sadly you were a complete ass about it. I was trying to figure it out. Dealing with you yelling and talking down to me the whole time. I’m clearly not the only one that thinks this about the clinic. I was getting it emailed and faxed to you. Also. That wasn’t my mother. You would know that if you listened to anything I said. But I was constantly being talked over. And looked at like I had three heads. I see all the other reviews. And sadly again most people agree with me. That you are not a pleasant person. You shouldn’t be working in a field where you have to take care of another human being.
But I love that you blame your patients. That’s very professional.

My sister and her partner just attended an ultrasound appointment for their first baby at this clinic just this morning. When I called her to ask how it went she was upset and said she had a horrible experience. She said the ultrasound technician was extremely rude and lacked compassion as he made some snarky rude comments to her when she first arrived about her being in denial about her pregnancy and he never heard of anyone being in denial this far along. He also made rude comments to her saying “I don’t know why you’re finding out the gender when you’re this far along” while shaking his head at her. To make things worse he did a horrible job with the still image he sent them home with; if she is as far along as you say she is then I can’t imagine why there would be trouble producing a clear image. Everyone’s circumstances are different when it comes to having a baby, if she was in denial and waited longer, so be it. But to attend an appointment and be judged and have comments made about it is highly unprofessional. This was suppose to be an exciting appointment for the both of them and this ultrasound tech ruined it. Very disappointed with the service.

* I also tried to call multiple times and file a complaint prior to writing this review but I was met with a hang up and continuous voice mail. I did end up leaving a voicemail after 5/6 attempts to speak to someone directly.

To the owner- She was not fine during the appointment but rather than start a confrontation between her partner and the technician she bit her tongue. Only to have a breakdown in the car. On another note the images that your tech produced could not be used and her doctor required a repeat ultrasound. To justify and defend someone’s actions and behaviours when they were clearly in the wrong is ridiculous. Irregardless, we will not be returning to this business. Do better.

I had a fabulous experience here! I arrived early and was seen early - immediately after the previous patient left. I was there for my 30 week positioning ultrasound. The male tech was awesome. Friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. The warm gel was an added bonus. I wish my previous three ultrasounds were here! Definitely recommend.

I recently have gone to do my anatomy ultrasound here. The technician who did my ultrasound was exceptionally nice , she was very friendly and she explained everything very nicely and clearly . I had my spouse with me along with my toddler and they were welcomed as well. The stuffs were very nice and polite. Highly recommended 👍
