Felt like balancing the reviews - had a great experience! Front desk was super communicative and friendly. Appointment was on time. Ultrasound tech was super friendly and helpful and positive. Everything was clean and efficient. I love that they print film for ultrasounds opposed to printer paper. Would come again!

You need to jump through hoops to book an appointment here. Instructed on the website to text a photo of a requisition to a number, only to call and follow up and be told that number isn’t in use by them and to send it again via email. Then to call again and follow up and be put on hold for 30+ minutes. Absolutely bananas.

What’s going on? I called for an X-ray and they said is walk-in. Today I went and receptionist told me they don’t have walk-ins anymore. No further notice on their website.

This location is so annoying! We came early to avoid possible long line up but after 30mins waiting for them to open we ended up telling us that they don’t perform x-ray which I don’t understand and contradict in their website, forms and telephone information. They should remove x-ray signage’s if they really don’t have service for this! And the receptionist are not that accommodating and no knowledge at all! Where are our taxes go? To this kind of branches that mislead patients?

The radiologist is horrible. I had xrays performed at hospital, 4 days later, I had the same xrays performed but at the Brant Ave Facility and the report is extremely short and It contradicts my other xrays that were taking literally days before. This is completely unacceptable. Brantford Radiology Group is failing us. They should be under investigation for malpractice. How can you expect someone to get adequate treatment based on an extremely poor report. Our government enables this type of unprofessionalism and its truely sad. Their lack of attention to detail is alarming and sickening. They need to do their due diligence properly or should be held responsible. If i could give 0 stars i would. Reporting should be more thurel, as peoples livelihood is at stake. A second opinion in again another city days later, provided a much better report in greater detail. Thank you Brantford Radiology Group for failing your community. And prolonging my pain and suffering

Told me they tried calling me multiple times, I had no missed phone call, and then they said that because I didn't pick up I had to get another request through my doctor. Good thing this isn't an emergency. I see now why it has such bad reviews.

Requested with my doctor to be booked at 221 Brant Ave. They called the next day and left a voicemail to book, I called back within 30MINS and they had lost the requisition from my doctor and had to request a new one. I showed up for my appointment at 221 Brant Ave and they told me I was booked at Shellington Place. This was NEVER communicated when booking the appointment on the phone. I arrived 15mins late to Shellington Place after arriving early to Brant Ave and then could not be accommodated and was treated extremely rude by the front desk that put me in tears with no responsibility on their end after taking time off work to be at the appointment that was time-sensitive.

Terrible customer service and treatment by the technicians (more than once for ultrasound). They need to revamp their referral and booking process so these many errors do not occur for one person and treat their clients with care and compassion - seriously lacking in their healthCARE field. I will opt for a different company for any future ultrasounds.
