I had a very good experience at this location. I walked in without an appointment and was notified that my wait may be from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on incoming patients from the adjacent doctor's office. However, there was nobody in front of me and I went into the x-ray room within minutes. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful in directing me to another location which provides ECG services. The technician who took my images was very efficient. He was polite, courteous and professional, as was the receptionist.

Just terrible almost fell off a round chair when sat down to get X-rays putting a patient on a faulty chair is bad the radiologists rush through report and say normal study when there are issues concerns and even obvious signs in the images. Management doesn’t return calls.

I visited this Xray clinic yesterday and would recommend it to everyone. The gal on the front desk greeted me and was very pleasant. The fellow technician was gentle and pleasant as well. They weren't busy at the time so I was in & out within 1/2 hour. I'll go back if ever necessary.

Horrible business is right! My doctor advised me to go here for an X-ray after my appointment. I walked in and was met by a rude receptionist. She looks at my form and proceeds to tell me that if a patient from the doctors office next door arrives I will have to wait. I said that fine, but there is no one in here so it shouldn’t be a problem.
The X-ray technician then comes out from the room and takes my form and states to me okay, we can do it but if your on the table and a patient from next door comes in we will have to take you off the table to accommodate them.
I took my paper work and left! These two women care only about patients from the doctors office attending the office beside this joke of a business. I am going to contact OHIP and see if this is even legal!

Update November 2024- they must have changed staff within the last 2 years. The intake admin is FABULOUS as is the X-ray technician. Their friendliness and sense of humour brightened my day. Many others in the medical field could learn from the example of these 2. From a practical standpoint, my checkin and scan was super fast and efficient. I am so impressed!

… The technician who xrayed me needs lessons in communicating with patients and to understand what behaviour is considered to be passive aggressive. Also, the technician and another woman were gossiping loudly (complaining) about being slighted at a function while I was waiting. I won’t go back there again.

Don't waste your time going to this location as they try to redirect you to the St.Pauls location for X-rays. Waste of time and not the most polite people working there.

HORRIBLE do not go here.
They told me I can’t do my x ray because I had multiple things so it’s best I go somewhere else so I said I’ll do the one area and she’s like arguing with me and I’m like I said I’ll do the one area I don’t care about going elsewhere for the rest. So she agrees and than even though I’m the second person in line she lets 4 people go ahead of me and says well I didn’t book you cause of what happened. She has red hair and is older wearing glasses and she’s just terrible. Never will I come back. I only stayed because I had another appointment and couldn’t drive elsewhere.
