I am so glad when this pharmacy opened in the north end Brantford. 170 brantwood park road. Same plaza as Frankie’s bar and the ice cream place. I got tired and turned away from the larger pharmacy’s like shoppers and zhurs. I have always had an amazing experience with Mr Patel. He always is very friendly. He takes the time to clearly explain the medication, he goes above by doing searches for pharmaceutical discounts online when I had questions about a new medication and if a generic brand is better and more affordable. I accept that there are fees and charges for the medication and I find that he is lower than the big box pharmacys. I am extremely happy with patel….
and now that I am in my 50s, I am unfortunately there a few times a month. If you are going to get old, it’s always best to have a pharmacist as a friend. Right next to my car mechanic and barber. If you’re tired of the big box pharmacy’s. Visit this location and see for yourself. 5 plus stars *

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by your staff, and throughout my time there, I was consistently impressed by their professionalism and friendliness.

Moved to town and tried another pharmacy and they were so busy. They were constantly making errors and meds were never ready when we went in to pick up. So we switched to the smaller pharmacy, Brentwood Pharmasave. My goodness, I cannot write a more enthusiastic review. I have been one sick person for about eight months and I was in and out of the hospital constantly. It got pretty bad. Brantwood Pharmasave has gone above and beyond every time and they seem to really genuinely care. They have never met me- only by phone- as I have been a shut in. But they know me/ remember me. They have been kept very busy with constant prescriptions changing. They even delivered after hours and waived the fee when I was discharged from hospital just when they were closing on Saturday and would not open until Monday. Who does that in this day and age? Often if I order a refill he’ll have other things ready for me that he sees that I have needed that I didn’t remember. The pharmacist is very caring. Staff very helpful. I think a smaller more personal pharmacy is the way to go. Glad I found them. Fantastic customer service. Confidently recommended.

Truly the best pharmacy I've ever been a patient of. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. Refills are quick and efficient, and they really do treat you like family. The one pharmacist knows me by name, and has such a great memory for knowing my medications.. I was amazed!
