This the place to go when you need feed for the birds and all the other critters that come. Great Supply of backyard feeders, and toys for cats and dogs and so much more. Especially like it when the sunflower seeds are on sale. Lol

We arrived to pick up our order of pullets. Much conjested traffic. But, when paper order was presented, pullets were loaded in minutes! Their staff rocks!

I would give it 5 stars BUT everytime I come here there is one particular employee that is so unfriendly that I try to avoid ... sadly last time although I tried to avoid this employee I was served by and still same unfriendly service. All other employees I have worked with are very helpful and FRIENDLY.
Again today I visited this place and the ladies af the Front desk are NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY. I am starting to hate coming to this place. The staff working at the warehouse who help load the trucks/cars are great and friendly!! What is wrong with these women? Do they hate their jobs? Maybe should get retrained for better customer service. And maybe train them to smile also!!!

Great staff. Good selection. Parking lot is small and pick up area is sometimes difficult to drive in (back in); so I shop mid day after lunch week days and have found that usually less busy then early mornings.

SHUDDUP you negative nellies...some of the staff (women) are a bit "robotic" and but do their job well enough - it's not a bar guys. Overall, the staff are courteous, helpful and pleasant. My "go to" for all my "farm" gear.

We preordered/prepaid for chickens and then never heard anything else from them. When we called to check in, we found out our chickens were sold to someone else. Don’t waste your time ordering chickens here.

The store is very good for farming and gardening supplies, however, one person of the staff treated me in a rude way. I asked about the insecticide soap, she pointed it for me and i asked about if it was thw only one they had. She just answered in a rude way "that is the soap, isn't it?" And left. When i went to pay, there was another lady and she was very nice and helpful.

Not impressed with the attitude of the staff inside as they make rude comments about customers while still serving others. Also the cleaning and social distancing service is definitely not up to par. I should not have to scoop out my own seeds after another customer with no cleaning in between.
