I have been a patient of George for close to 2 years now. George has helped me out some of the dark sides of back pain, as a bus driver strapped in a seat for 10-12 hours a day he has kept me nice and limber.

George has always been very professional and treated me with the greatest respect. We have had some really nice chats while in treatment and this keeps the humanity.

Trina is amazing. She helped me so much after two separate injuries. I cant say enough how much I appreciate her. I look forward to my appointment each week because I know I always feel after each appointment. I have made significant improvements because of her.

I reached a low point after my second injury where I was not sure I would be able to walk independently again, but Trina reassured me and helped me heal, and today I am walking without mobility aids.

She has been so amazing in helping me that my husband finally decided to address an old injury and also went to Bridlewood for physiotherapy. He has also made significant improvements to both his pain and mobility.

I was recommended to see Trina and I am very grateful for that. I would encourage anyone to go to Bridlewood. It has changed my life.

Treat you like family!! I was glad to find Dr Elk on the public service Healthcare list of approved providers (and they provide direct billing)!. He has helped restore my back after a sprain. He listens to your concerns, and if one technique does not work, he spends the time to try another until there is improvement. I can tell that is very important to him

I have also had sessions with physiotherapist, Wei and she has a unique approach to rehab exercises... connecting the brain to what you are doing! I asked to use their exercise tracking app -MedBridge Go- which she adds my exercises, with videos, and the app allows me to do my routine in real time (no cheating), sends reminders and tracks my workouts

The front desk staff are really great and there is also a massage therapist working there so you have all that you need! Highly recommended
