I went back for my second ear today. Dr did not charge me as he assumed it was a mistake on their end that only one ear was found to have wax 4 months ago. He was so kind and very educational and thorough. Thank you very much. Everyone in the clinic was pleasant and the clinic was nice and clean. Highly recommend 🙂

Highly recommend Bright Hearing and Tinnitus Center in Richmond Ontario. Recently took my aging father for a check up and received the best and most kind service I could have asked for. Sean, his wife Victoria as well as their staff are professional and courteous.
They are a most welcome additon to Richmond.
Thanks to them my father can hear again.

I'm very happy with Sean and his service. Professional, personable, very experienced, and close by! I've put off using hearing aids for, as it turns out, about 12 years. Another test and hearing aids were well over due, and Sean walked me easily through the process. On top of that, he's very knowledgeable about Tinnitus, and as I suffer with it, the solution he set me up is really helping me. Very supportive end to end and the support continues whenever I need it. I highly recommend Sean and Bright Hearing.

It was a pleasure to work with the expert team at Bright Hearing in Richmond Ontario. Their assessment of my needs was very thorough and they took a lot of time to educate me about hearing loss, the brain, and the importance of hearing well for my overall health and quality of life.
I am THRILLED with my hearing aids! The after-sale follow up appointment and check-ins are wonderful. It is great to have someone to call anytime for help or to answer a question.
The best place in town! (And not far from Ottawa either!)

Extremely friendly soft spoken and accommodating. I was in and out in a nice time. All things were explained and any questions were answered on the spot. They helped me to not only receive the new hearing aids but installing them and then hooking them into my iPhone as well. Loved working with them they will be my chosen Audiologist from now on for sure.

I'm so pleased with Bright Hearing and Tinnitus! I first met Sean in Perth as he fitted me with my first hearing aid. He was so knowledgeable and professional and gave me so much confidence! He was always very patient as being a new hearing aid user I had so many questions! Then I found out he has set up his own business Bright Hearing and Tinnitus within 5 min. from where I live! It was just by accident that I dropped by awhile ago at Bright Hearing and Tinnitus to see if someone would be able to check my aid for me and lo and behold it was Sean who greeted me!
I was so excited to see him and couldn't believe my eyes! He and his wife Victoria make an excellent team and treat you with such respect and friendliness every time you visit them. I'm just so happy with their excellent service and highly recommend Bright Hearing and Tinnitus to anyone who has any question or concerns regarding their hearing!

What an amazing experience; extraordinary friendly and professional. Beautiful office, I was seen on time (a little early even). I had no issues getting an appointment in short order. I received and email with the results of my tests before I even got home.

The whole testing process as well as results were clearly explained.
