Great service and friendly staff. Took my grandmother a few years ago and my sibling here recently and they were both happy. Would recommend them for any dental services.

Dr. Joshi was to remove a molar of mine that had a root canal. She did not use enough freezing and I was in excruciating pain, yelling and crying. She said I better be quiet because I'm scaring her other patients. I said I'm sorry I'm trying not to scream but you're hurting me so much. She continued pulling and I continued hollering in pain. She refused to give me more freezing, she instead said that if I didn't be quiet that she was going to leave it half pulled out. I again apologized and said, please this hurts so much. She said, well you have to be quiet because you're making me uncomfortable. I have never experienced more physical pain in my whole life. I felt like I was being tortured. Dr. Joshi was cruel, cold, insensitive, unprofessional and I am traumatized from this experience. I don't understand why she kept complaining at me instead of just giving me more freezing. I hope no one else ever has to endure this type of abuse.

Went to seek help with a painful tooth. Was told I need to be referred to a specialist due to the position of my tooth. They gave me meds for my tooth pain and told me they sent the referral to Kingston and I’ll get a call soon. Here I am over a month later with no answers on who I’ve supposedly been referred to. They also stopped email communications after my initial visit.

Recently had emergency work for a broken front tooth. Dr Joshi is amazing. The repair is indistinguishable from the natural tooth and is functioning perfectly. Excellent, professional office staff.

I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my 53 years, she is my absolute favourite. I used to get anxiety about going to a dentist, she puts me at ease, her confidence and skills has given me full trust her in her! I also love that she hums to the radio when working as it makes me focus on what she’s singing as opposed to what the heck is being done in my mouth.
Highly recommend!!
Brook, the receptionist is very understanding and is always willing to help, she’s very empathetic.
I recently had a fabulous hygienist, I forget her name, Callie, maybe?

Overall great experience with this office. Dr Joshi and her assistant were very efficient, calming, and explained what they were going to do each step of the way. Brooke at the front desk was super helpful and understanding in accommodating my crazy schedule to fit me in for a needed follow up

Dr. Joshi and her team are very kind and compassionate people.
I feel that my recent appointment at Brockville Dentistry went very well. One of my fillings had broken out and I needed it refilled.
I was very anxious about going, but as usual all of the staff there were very kind, courteous, and professional.
Dr. Joshi is an excellent and caring dentist that I will continue to see for my dental work. Her staff are wonderful too.
I would recommend them highly to all in need of a wonderful dentistry.
